Walked out after hearing manager tell employee not to take anymore orders. Lady in front of us was waiting 10 min already for her order and manager had to make her order again.....5 PM and we walked out... Manager needs to be replaced... Store was empty

Used to love this place yesterday sit in the drive thru then left today went inside. Stood in line at the counter only customer inside . So not busy but stood there 7 min with no service then walked out

The food here, 95% of the time, is inedible (with no exaggeration on that). Rock hard, stale fries, and chicken. Every single time. This place is in desperate need of new management, and a re-work. Hit up the one on Lexington Rd if you’re craving BK.

Live beer nearby this Burger King stop fairly frequently. Their ice machine literally never works so unbelievable that such a large company can’t maintain a simple soft drink machine Very disappointed

I just ordered five sandwiches through the app and went through the drive-thru, I was subsequently parked but asked the attendant if I could have a handful of ketchup with my order please. Few minutes later they brought me the bag of food with no ketchup in it. I asked for young man very politely if I could get some ketchup that I asked for. He brought me out 3 individual ketchups the small kind not those triple kind they have at other places. When I made a comment about it he says that they're going to start charging extra for ketchup. What are you doing Burger King and what kind of management charges extra for ketchup. And what kind of management only give somebody three ketchups for five sandwiches????? This is disgraceful.

Sunday afternoon 330 I just came out of tractor supply next-door and when I pulled in there, there was no business at Burger King and when I came out 20 minutes later, there was still no business at Burger. So I thought well now it’s the time grab a burger thanks man.OMG. No one is behind me in the drive-through at all. I go to the first window. Pay for my food and pull ahead. Again no one behind me I’m told I have to pull forward to the very end. I told him no that doesn’t make sense for you or me. Then a young black male 5 foot 10 120 pounds. Comes to the window and insist that I pull ahead. I explained to him no I can hear the manager in the background. Tell him somebody’s at the drive-through speaker. I said I’ll happily pull up when they pull around. Nobody pull around for a good five minutes. So I stayed. Carefully watching behind me when a car does come out. I pull forward. The young little black boy moments later brings me my food. And starts calling me what I think he thought was racist names, white trash redneck, etc.. I travel the entire country. And I have never had such horrible people trying to tell me what to do. And this was disgusting on the little black males part for sure I am not a racist. If anything I will defend anybody against a racist at my own cost. It’s a disgusting quality of a person. I was raised this way and I’ve raised my children this way. This is the worst Burger King in the country!!!!
Kid-friendliness: Worst the worst I’ve ever seen in the fast food industry. Reverse racism because I was white and the black boy thought that was a problem.

By far the most miserable Burger King I have ever been to! The place was a mess, the tables were sticky. A full trash bag was just sitting on the floor by the entrance. One worker was yelling in the back that it was 4 minutes past his scheduled break time and demanding he be allowed to go on break using pretty much every cuss word you could think of. Took 3 minutes for anyone to come to the counter to take our order. I am not sure why nearly every burger king is exactly the same way. Been 20 years or more since I saw a nice clean well run example. Improve or go out of business.

Went thru drive thru on 10/24 and got a small coke.. paid with credit card. 2 days later my bank statement showed a 12.39 charge. When back in the store on 10/26 and showed the manager and explained what happened.. she said there was nothing that could be done about it.. between breakfast and lunch I'm usually there 4 or 5 times a week, since it's next door to my work.. so I will be going to frischs from now on.. I will not spend another dime in BK!!!
The food tasted great but the chocolate milkshake tasted like coffee.

Waited 30 mins and I was hyped about the hot mozzarella fries . Tried immediately and they were cold and hard as a rock :( I love burger king but the service sucks and when you were the only person in drive thru for the wait the quality should be better
