I Love Georgetown CFL food, my Gluten Free bun was very dry and crumbled and I ended up throwing my sandwich away yesterday 😞 It's ok the fries and peppermint drink made up for it. They were fresh and delicious. It would be nice if some of the hirer up staff ladies were kind and smile, all the other staff is so very friendly. If we are portraying Christians The greatest is Love. I will keep them all in my prayers and I am so very thankful for all their very hard work I'm sure it is so stressful and goes beyond my knowledge. BLESSINGS

Went through the drive thru and one of the workers was being extremely rude to the other workers. Then ignored us for about 30 seconds, then had an attitude with us. Always had a pleasant experience here but lately the rudeness is not something we’re going to tolerate. We can take our money elsewherez

We travel I-75 often and the Georgetown, Ky Chick-fil-A is always a regular stop and is always a winner.. However, this time not so much. The size of our chicken on our sandwiches were thin and about the size of a man's wallet. We could not believe it! It looked like a sandwich you would get in a kids meal. I noticed that a kids meal offers 2 chicken strips. Well those chicken strips together would probably be larger than our piece of chicken. I wish that I would have thought to take a picture before we ate them, customers would be absolutely shocked just as we were. I am hoping that they received a poor batch because if not we won't be going back at the price they charge,
