This was a great local bakery just a little before, but now seems to have become an iconic must-stop location for hospitality, breakfast/lunch, and diverse treats! There's so many delicous items, that my family and I will probably be coming back multiple times to go through the new additions added (she loves the waffles). It's really carving out a timeless place here in Georgetown as a necessity to visit for sure, coming from someone who is always looking for the best local foodie spots in the area.

We were visiting from Oklahoma and stopped in on the evening of 6/17. We ended up coming back the next morning because EVERYTHING was incredible. If I could give more stars I would. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. The desserts were decadent, massive portions, and so reasonably priced. You can tell they put pride in everything they do. The next morning the breakfast was no different. Incredible portion sizes, homemade and fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service. I hate that we live 11 hours away because I need more Lucifer bars in my life. Thank you for sharing your creativity and work with the world!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but after witnessing the ongoing harassment and passive-aggressive behavior from this business owner, I feel compelled to share my personal experiences with Rebecca’s bakery.
For my 16th birthday, I ordered what was supposed to be a pastel, ice cream-themed two-tier cake — a dream I’d been looking forward to. What I received was completely off-theme: a bland cake covered in bunny sprinkles… in November. It didn’t taste good, and it certainly didn’t match the vision.
Later that year, my mom agreed to split the cost of a team banquet cake — again from Rebecca. The cake was poorly made, names were misspelled, and multiple guests commented on how bad it tasted. It was another disappointing and embarrassing moment.
After swearing off the business, I was asked to pick up a cake for a children’s party I was working. Rebecca insisted the cake hadn’t been paid for (it had), then shoved it at us. It was pink — despite the clear request for no pink. When we opened it at the party, the child was visibly disappointed, and her mom was frustrated.
Beyond just the poor product and customer service, I’ve seen this business owner publicly tear down others in the community — something no small business should be doing. There is room for kindness and collaboration in Georgetown. Being threatened by competition doesn’t justify unprofessional behavior.
This is not a fake review. I’m local, and I’ve watched this for years. I genuinely hope this business chooses to grow — not just in product quality, but in character.

Stood in line forever & then the owner waited on people that came in after us. We have been here several times & every dessert we bought was horrible. They were dry & had no flavor. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have never gotten anything here and been disappointed. My favorite is the buckeye brownie! I love the atmosphere. It is very inviting and colorful like you’d imagine a fun bakery to be :)

Desserts by Rebecca has the best desserts I've ever eaten in my life....The taste matches the description of that dish on the menu to the T!!.... I mean they put a lot of work into the desserts, whether it's lemon, strawberry, blueberry, cherry, chocolate, peanut butter, the taste will match its description... I've only had the desserts because I'm so addicted to them, but I'm sure everything on their menu is Divine...🥰🥰. Desserts by Rebecca is specific, delightful, rich, savory, fulfilling, can you know they take their time in each dish, pastry, cookie, etc.... oh yeah the atmosphere is chill, welcoming, festive, and clean...💯. 5 stars!!

We stopped in to try it out. Spent $80 on breakfast, coffee, and pastries. Ate the breakfast in the cafe and took pastries to go. Unfortunately the pastries we ordered were all in one box and not separated out so they all kinda fell apart and was hard to eat. I just wish they were able to package everything a bit better so the $40 i spent on pastries and goodies didn't get just get all mashed up.
