I placed an order for delivery online this evening and went to open the tab to check on my delivery status and accidentally canceled my order. I immediately tried to call the store to see if this could be fixed, the cancelation stopped or if I needed to reorder because I knew it was either done and about to leave the store or already had. This was about 30 minutes before closing and I waited on hold for 12 minutes when someone picked up, I said hello twice and they hung up. I called back from my phone and my daughter called from her phone. We were both on hold, hers was answered and hung up on, while I stayed on hold. Nobody ever answered. While my accidental cancelation was no fault of theirs, them picking up the phone and hanging up on customers or refusing to answer calls is ridiculous.

I ordered a thin crust pizza tonight with extra BBQ sauce, extra onions, and black olives tonight. PRE- ORDERED it to be delivered by 8pm. I got here by 815pm and was soooo burnt that it wasn't even able to be eaten. I could pull a piece off and hit it on the box and it was like a rock! Unacceptable!

Ordered pizza with marble brownies. Forgot the marble brownies and also ordered cinnamon dessert. Didn’t give me the sauce. Tried calling and no answers. Drove up there myself and told them they forgot my brownies. They said they could refund me. I said I wanted the brownies. Seemed upset they had to cook it. While I was waiting someone else came in and said that their pizza wasn’t cut so they brought it in to cut it. Also didn’t get his garlic sauce. Probably worst experience a restaurant could give.

this dominos always gets me. whether delivery takes 2 hours when you live 5 minutes from the store or the order gets messed up, somehow. at this point, I don't see myself ever eating dominos again which is sad because its so close to home
Was a really bad experience. Ordered extra cheese, couldn't find any cheese. Was really salty. And cooked until it was hard . The only good thing was the delivery man, punctual, very nice, courteous .

Did not exceed any expectations. Extremely skimpy on toppings and NO extra cheese as ordered. This will be the absolute LAST time we order from Domino's. We have given them one too many chances to get it right. It's a good thing we have other pizza choices.
