Pizza was fine— standard Domino’s veggie pizza. However, the parmesan bread bites had no seasoning on them, just dry chunks of bread. Leestown Road consistently does these right. That’s my usual location, but I just happened to be in Georgetown. Won’t be back to this Domino’s.

Terrible customer service. The manager is incompetent. After calling in and explaining the app doesn't allow you to add something that doesn't already come on the food item in question. They said they could add it. Then when came to pick up was informed I have to do this on the app. When I've already explained you cant do that.

We brought a group in of about 25 and right off you could pretty much tell that they didn’t want to deal with us, so we ended up just walking out and going to Pizza Hut

Team member she was very rude. We had a birthday party for my son and ordered pizza that came up to $61 i paid for it whatever then realized i could’ve used the deals that they have, we don’t eat dominos a lot. First she gets an attitude with my mom then i go to get my refund and she has one with me. Saying “you need to ask for the specials before you do all of this” very rude and unprofessional behavior. It’s just a refund. Food was hot and great though

Ordered and got a call 45 minutes later telling me they were backed up and it was going to be another hour before they could give me my pizza. It’s not ok to accept an order, then call the customer back 45 minutes later and tell you that ya going to be at least an hour. It was a 70$ order they missed out on and left me and my family hungry. Won’t deal with the Georgetown dominos again. They didn’t even offer to make it right.

This is the best dominos I’ve ever had! There is a young guy who is there almost every time I go to pickup a pizza and he is super nice and does great pizzas (I don’t know his name but he legit is always there so I want to give credit). Y’all save my life very often when I am tired after teaching😂🫶🏻 Shoutout to the one guy and this dominos

We ordered for delivery tonight - two pizzas, and a cheese dip. Little mix up we got someone else’s order. We called and got a very nice man who remade our order and it was delivered hot and fast. Very tasty! We will definitely order again!

This was the best dominos I’ve ever had. The Parmesan stuffed crust was cooked perfect and tasted amazing! We loved the atmosphere as well.

We’ve lived in Georgetown for a little over 2 years and never really had dominos at the top of our list. After trying this one when we first got here, it was about the same as others, but would occasionally get an unacceptable order. Undercooked, incorrect or sloppy. However within the last few months, they are under new management and man what a difference. We have had some of the best chain pizza we have ever had in the last couple months. We try to only eat out on the weekends and I’m not joking when I say we order from this store every weekend. I don’t usually post reviews (although I should), but I felt this store deserved a little credit for their improvements and dedication to the brand. The food is good. But everytime you order a drink they forget it. I'm paralyzed so I have to have people pick up my food. Sometimes I forget to tell them I got a drink because no other restaurant lets you drive away before they finish giving you your food
