Former employee here. The problem here is the owner doesn't pay the employees enough to care about the business, drivers only make $4 an hour while delivering and $7.25 when in store. Drivers DO NOT GET ANY THE DELIVERY FEE as many customers think they do. The delivery fee goes toward maintaining the delivery vehicles which is understandable. Drivers rely on tips to make a decent wage but 90% of orders are paid and tipped with credit cards and that causes drivers tips to be taxed, so a $2 or $3 tip after taxes isn't worth fooling with. Another problem is with the manager picking who he wants to deliver large orders, like Toyota for instance, they always tip 20% and will place an order for $1000 or more, that's a huge tip! Drivers take deliveries in the order they pop up on screen regardless of the tip which is fair but when the drivers are running their butts off trying to make a living and the manager has another employee come in and deliver the BIG orders that's a huge slap in the face to the drivers that have been there for hours running all the regular deliveries. So instead of following the rotation as it's supposed to be an employee of the manager's choosing gets to come in and make a quick $200+ while the others will be lucky to make $60 in 8 hours of delivering. I have nothing bad to say about any of the employees, they worked harder than they should for such little pay. Most everyone working there is not happy with the manager's ability to manage, he left us slammed with orders one Saturday night and with no closing manager which resulted in drivers not getting cashed out at the end of their shift and the guys working inside killing themselves trying to keep up, not to mention numerous customers getting their orders late. This location makes a ton of money being near the factories and nice neighborhoods and it could do so much more if the employees were treated and paid better. They are constantly hiring because of this. I honestly made more money working for Domino's 23 years ago than I did this time. What a mess.

I understand being short staffed but the app told me , my pizzas was on there way, twenty mins later I called and asked how much longer and the lady told me the driver leaving the store now. Respectfully I asked her to cancel my order and she had an attitude talking about they short staffed and she guess it’ll be back on my card within three business days. She told me the App has nothing to do with them. They are rude at this location, I wasn’t gonna order anything ever again due to the last incident but my babies wanted dominos. So the dominos on Lexington rd. Got us together and had our pizzas ready and delivered within the time the app stated.

Wish I could give zero stars I have never had any trouble with this location until tonight, my brother n law called and ordered his usual the new 3-way cheesy tator tots and they got it wrong called by adding garlic Alfredo sauce on it which he’s allergic to. I called back and Travis one of the drivers argued with myself and brother saying we didn’t know what we were talking about he clamied he watched the cooks make it and they didn’t add any sauce to it when they did he preceeded to tell me that there will be a replacement headed his way but they were still gonna charge him for it… an hour went by and he still didn’t receive his food he called back and he told my brother that he has other customers to deal with and hung up on him. The other store across town was kind enough to fix village paths problem for free. Something needs to be done about the attitudes of these workers.

We ordered online, and waited 15 mins to leave for the store. We arrived to be told our order was a remake and that it'd be 15-20 mins. So confused by what that meant. We waited, without so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Not much pizza to choose from here, but if you're in a hurry keep pushing.

I work all over the United States and order dominos OFTEN and I just got the best looking and taking pizza I’ve ever had! Not only the best pizza here, but the only 2 story dominos I’ve ever seen! Pretty cool!
Primarily order most of my pizzas during the day. Staff is very efficient and the toppings are fresh. They are very attentive to detail and making sure that your items on your pizza are spread evenly and no burnt crust.

I've been ordering from this Domino's since it was built. I used to get some pretty good pizza from here. A couple of months ago, I ordered, and they screwed two pizzas up making them because I customized what I wanted on them which I've always done. I threw them both in the trash and when I complained I got a call from their manager who basically blamed me for the screwed up pizzas because I customized what I wanted on them but she would be put 50 dollars on my account. You people can't read the receipt that tells you exactly what supposed to be on them??? Well, when I called the store to use the 50 dollar credit they made two pizzas for me and this time they put what was supposed to be on them but they baked two or three big hairs right in the middle of one of them. Guess what? Both pizzas right in the trash. Didn't complain about it until right now and the 50 dollar credit is apparently not 50 dollars but a one shot deal for them to make the pizzas right which this time they did an even worse job than before baking hairs in them. What happened to you all down there? You used to be pretty decent.Last couple of orders the quality has been a lot better.

Would be less than 1star if we could…online took our order and let it be processing online…showed it was being dprepared and let it go for almost 15 minutes…then we get a call from a woman whom we assume was the manager and said she had cancelled our order because we were too far out for delivery…wouldn’t let us pick it up…deliver to a hotspot..NOTHING and very rude!!! Just cancelled our order and then we find out they hold onto your money for 3-5 days…3-5 days for an order they cancelled and would not fulfill! We will never order from this location ever again!! Manager was very rude!!PS…the other location fulfilled our order just fine and met us at a Hot spot within 25 minutes….go to the Lexington Rd location for service!!
