This location opened up for maybe a year so we finally gave it a try.... Not sure if we'll give them another shot, as you can see both avocado toast were beyond burnt ?.... Not good as that's my go to with Dunkin across the country and I live here locally and this is the only location in this great country that's burnt the toast, beyond burnt honestly.... The family were fine with the other sandwiches.... Hey management and workers/owner, pretty easy to look at that toast and toss it then turn down the notch and toast correctly then spread avocado

I hate to have to write this review, but the service at this location is just straight up garbage. 9 times out of ten they get our mobile orders wrong. And I don’t mean “hey I asked for no cheese and there’s cheese on this.” I mean “hey you gave me my drink and then someone else’s entire order instead of the rest of my order.” (This was just my experience TODAY.)
I’ll use my rewards to get a free item and it won’t be in the bag. I’ll order a donut and it won’t be in the bag. It’s always not putting something in the bag. And when I go inside to the counter to fix it, which defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order if I have to essentially reorder everything, it’s always “oh yeah, we’re out of that item.” THEN JUST SUBSTITUTE IT. TELL ME SO I KNOW AND I CAN PICK SOMETHING ELSE. I PAID FOR THIS. I NEED IT TO BE IN THE BAG.

my bagel was burnt, the girls at the window were very rude, it looked liked they just slapped a blob of cream cheese in the middle of my bagel and didn't actually spread it.

It was better the first time I went here but still the donuts are good and the coffee is pretty up there and the inside is a really nice area. The only thing to look out for is that the drive-through needs to be taken around the other shop instead of going around the one shop and out front to the dunkin.
Parking: There isn't much parking but there's not many who park out front.
Tried to argue about the drink that was definitely NOT handed to me and then was all "oh" when it was handed to him

every time i go to dunkin they always don’t have something. it seems like they don’t try to make the munchkins taste good when it’s the afternoon. and the donuts are ALWAYS dry. when it comes to the chocolate glazed donuts they are NEVER glazed. won’t be coming back.
