Went in. Took forever to get waited on. Every one was helping drive through. Finally took my order. Waited and everyone behind me got their order. When I asked where my cold brew was she said we are working on it. Had to ask another girl and she said ticket must have got lost. That is crazy. 1 cold brew and they couldn’t get that out in a timely manner but managed all the other orders and even the door dash orders. Do better.

The drinks are always inconsistent. Never can u get a good iced coffee there. And some days u get a large and it's a medium. Don't fill the cups all the way up.

Went this evening with the wife and daughter and we enjoyed it! Store was clean and the staff was very friendly. We got a large strawberry lemonade (very delicious), small frozen vanilla bean, small mango pineapple lemonade and four donuts for around $20 and I can’t really complain about that in this day and age! I noticed several people ordering food so next time I’ll have to try a sandwich. No these aren’t Frank’s donuts but they were tasty and we enjoyed them! For the drinks alone we will definitely be back!3/2024 UPDATEStill our favorite coffee place in Georgetown!! From the price of coffee to the rewards app, we are Dunkin regulars! Today we went twice.. the 1st time was to pick up DoorDash for my side gig and the 2nd time was for my daughter and I. Addi (hopefully spelled right!) helped both times and even though it was crazy busy she was still smiling, helping, and hustling to get it done. Kudos on the service and the staff. We’ve not stepped foot in another coffee place in Grorgetown since Dunkin opened!

Probably the worst Dunkin location I've been to. The drinks are so inconsistently made and never taste the same (some days too strong and some too sweet). When I would order a frozen coffee, it wouldn't even be blended all the way and have big chunks of ice that wouldn't fit through the straw. Half the time I order bacon from this location it is over cooked and black and crunchy. The only reason I'm giving this location 2 stars is because the employees are very nice.

Multiple occasions I've ordered hot coffee and it was handed to me cold.
Donut selection was poor. We went at 11:00 a.m. yesterday we we got one dozen of donuts and they were heavy. They weren't very fresh really disappointed. We were hoping to have a new donut place for Georgetown to go to.

I love this place. Drive through can be backed up sometimes but it goes quickly. Love the iced coffee, especially the Cocoa Mocha, my favorite. Wish it would open at 5am for us early morning people though.
