Really enjoy going to this store. I will say that they're prices are a little high but that's normal nowadays. Only thing that bugs me is how they ask you for a tip before you even get ur food. To me, that's ridiculous
We arrived at the restaurant close to closing time. They waited on us without complaints. The food was hot and good. The only complaint I have is that they were already mopping the floor, and whatever cleaner they used really bothered my allergies and didn't smell the best

Had a memorable experience here 😉 This particular Fazolis had exceptional customer service!! 😊 The cashier was a younger guy but he was really cool 😎 He made sure we were great while we ate and took care of our to-go order like it was nothing ❤️ Also, the young man who brought us our food was really nice too 😁 Thanks for hiring awesome people here!! 🙂

They need someone at counter at all times And they don't put enough sauce.
We ordered tonight and it took 45 min to get a baked spaghetti….when I asked the staff if they had our order a younger guy walked past me as I was speaking to him and said “that’s all them” and pointed to the kitchen. I understand things happen but to have no explanation, no customer service and no positive attitudes is unacceptable. Dinner staff on 9/30/24 needs some training.

I went through the drive-thru about 7:30 to 8:00 p.m. Looked like one guy was in there doing everything while the other three or four kids that were there were goofing off. I've always loved fazoli's food but this fazoli's right here left a bad taste in my mouth. Waited in the drive-thru for what felt like 15 minutesI was the only car there My pasta and my breadsticks came out in a decent amount of time around 7 minutes okay that's not bad but I had to wait like 5 more minutes just to get my salad. All those kids on that shift need to be punished somewhere in my opinion I've worked in food service for years. And that right there and most places would get you fired. Whoever the guy was that had the fishing hook on his hat. he was the guy that looked like he was doing everything around there so kudos to him. I will not be coming back to this location.
