Great place, food was outstanding, and it was not busy quiet inside.

We visited on Friday evening, May 16. My order of basic spaghetti and meat sauce was fine. Hubs order of Alfredo pasta with extras. It was almost inedible and way too expensive for what he got. Threw most of it away.
We both ordered side salads and was charged more than the posted price. Cashier explained in order to get that price we had to buy a drink. Not wanting to argue, we agreed. The lemonade was barely lemon flavored water. Her explanation did make much sense.
Definitely would not recommend.

I ordered door dash & my dasher was mesaging me in the store waiting to pick it up , while they was all in the break room, I wasn’t even notified my order was ready for pick up assuming they didn’t even make it known , no one wants to eat at a place like that!!!!! 🤢🤮 needs better employees!!

The workers are lazy. I ordered a meatball sub and half of the main ingredients are missing from it. Do better

Very cold, they keep the air blowing and you can't really enjoy your meal. Plus it's a young group working so they clean while your eating it's obvious they were not train right

Food is good but as for the service....clearly lacking adult supervision. Almost 50 minutes for an online order to be ready, several other patrons had incorrect and/or cold meals.

The gentleman at the drive thru made my day, he was cheery, upbeat. Food was hot, tasty, and didn't hafto wait long.

I haven't been to Fazoli's in a long time. I loved their meatballs and of course the bread sticks! They have great prices on lunch specials so I got the meatballs and spaghetti and chose a slice of pizza as my second item. The dining area was clean but it was so cold 🥶 in there you couldn't stand it. Other customers were putting in sweatshirts and moving tables to be away from the arctic blast. We had to ask for the bread sticks. The food was warm, not as tasty as I remember though. I feel like the meatballs were not the same quality as they were in the past. The spaghetti sauce was different too. I devoured the bread sticks and picked at the spaghetti. The slice of pizza was meh. It will probably be a very long time before I go back again...if they are still around.
