Giovanni's Pizza

Didn't even realize they had a lunch buffet. It was
$32 dollars for me and my 4 kids all you can eat. They enjoyed it thoroughly.
Drinks were included and there's also pasta and salad on the buffet. We took a calzone home for later (bought separately) so good!
I would say kid friendly, there were high chairs and the staff was great.

I placed an order at 7:25pm. It is now 9:05pm and my food still hasn't arrived. I called at 8:45 and was told it was out on the road. I called again at 9:10 and the manager argued with me that the online delivery time said an hour and 15 minutes when it clearly said 45 minutes. I have the screenshot. I asked for a refund and got more arguing. Poor service from this place.

This is the worse order I have ever received. Almost no meat on the sub. 2 pieces and where paper thin. I use to order from here alot, now it's time to reconsider my choices.

Spoke to employees in the phone, and the man that answers is one of the rudest people. Very unprofessional, all I asked was the size of the pizzas and he got so upset.

Delivery to the Super 8 hotel last week was half the time quoted which we thought was a good thing. Turns out they should’ve used that time to bake the pizzas longer. as they were majorly undercooked. The crust was thin, super soggy and toppings slid off the limp crust. Perhaps an off night as the good reviews are what prompted us to order. Honestly though, the opinion from the five of us that ate it - frozen pizza would’ve been better.

Hands down the best pizza/salad/pasta buffet around! Was it super fancy? Nope. Was it incredibly tasty and fresh? Yes! This is our second trip since the lunch buffet reopened and it was so good. Tons of variety on the pizza and they’ll even make one if you ask. Best pizza place in Georgetown and priced pretty fair with a drink! Support this local pizza place!

We have had carryout & dined in at Giovanni's. The staff were really kind even though they clearly stayed busy. One even brought us our busy & was sure to give us specific times & price for the buffet to welcome us then too. Then, as we complimented their pizza, he told us how we could order next time the family deal and other options on the menu to try. Really love that he took the time to teach us how to save $ as that goes a long way these days & that he was very genuine about us returning. We watched the same employee interact with others as well, so I wish I had gotten his name! Super nice guy who needs to be recognized!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space during the time we went but I'm sure it's busy during buffet hours.
