Wonderful atmosphere and service.

Great ice cream at a great price.

Very good ice cream. Only giving two stars because they are very understaffed for summer. I hope those girls make 25 per hour. No air conditioning. Very sticky nasty restaurant. No management. So hope this helps. They often run out of things. They need a manager to allow one the girls to stop helping the 30 customers and go clean the tables and bathrooms. I give the girls that work there 5 stars. Very friendly. Not being rude. But they need help. Period. Will change my review when that changes. In the winter I would have gave them 5. Not now at all. This is a business review not a service review. Poor service due to very long waits and they had no milkshakes today either.

We usually love hoggys, the ice cream is wonderful, the soft service was not and the service was terrible. If you're handing me a cone and have to apologize for what it looks like, then you should have remade it. Your conversation about getting a ride home from your coworker also didnt have to happen while we were ordering....it was such a confusing and frustrating experience

Driving from South Carolina to Chicago, this place was on my list of stops. It was 8pm and they were closed, even though Google maps said it was open 'til 9pm. Very disappointed. I gave it 5 stars because I'm sure it would have been good.

Normally I love Hoggys, I have gone every summer since they opened in Georgetown. After this last visit I don’t plan to go back. The service was not good. The amount of ice cream I was given was very small and when I requested a topping i was also given almost nothing and charged an insane amount for what I was given. Normally this is not the case but I was very disappointed with my most recent visit.

Good ice cream! The staff was friendly and the value proposition is immaculate.

I went into Hoggy's for the first time and had a beautiful experience with one of the cashiers. luckily I was able to get her name and she spelled it out for me and her name is Mekhiya. She was wonderful and very helpful. I had a food allergy and when I told her she immediately changed and washed her hands and changed her gloves and also sanitized the areas and changed the scoop as well to prevent cross contamination. Will definitely comeback.

The establishment always has a big crowd. I went there during the Horse Festival, but the line was way too long so I believe that alone, it deserves 5 stars. I will update it once I actually try it out!!?
