Hokkaido Ramen House

First time visit to this cute ramen house. To start, it's immaculate and the service was excellent. Then, the food was delicious and arrived to the table piping hot within 5 minutes of ordering. I had the garlic tonkatsu and the crab rangoons, both were just perfect. If you like ramen, this is def a spot you should try!

Amazing food , pretty good prices too. Started off with some Chicken Karaage and Takoyaki Octopus. Chicken was pretty good with the sauce nothing too crazy but the Takoyaki Octopus was GAS PACK. So much flavor, delicious. The Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen might be the best ramen I’ve had in a while , definitely my favorite this side of KY. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A+ , definitely will be coming back.

Very tasty ramen, broth was so good!
The egg was gummy and sweet the noodles were just the right texture, the portion was quite large. The servers were really quick and nice.
Though I found that the pork was really dry and stiff. Overall a good meal.

My first experience with ramen so I was slightly lost. I was very happy with my server's recommendation of spicy beef ramen. Fast, friendly, helpful. The service was excellent. I highly recommend that you give the Hokkaido Ramen House a try.

My family and I have been going here at least once a month! Great food, I recommend the Braised pork and rice bowl with spicy flakes. Kids love the ramen and of course the Crab rangoon. Go check it out1

Absolutely Delicious!!! The chicken rich was fabulous!!! The Garlic Tonkotsu was good as well. reminded me of when I was living in Japan!!

Best ramen I've had in the area. The chashu was huge. Broth was rich. I had the garlic tonkotsu with extra spice. My Japanese friend swears this is the best one in the lexington metro area too.

Best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan! Great atmosphere and service too. Hope to stop by again.

Terrible Experience, Won’t Be Back!

I recently visited Hokkaido hoping for a comforting bowl of ramen, but the entire experience was a disaster. First off, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested, taking forever to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty. Once we finally sat down, it took another eternity for anyone to take our order.

When the ramen finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked any real flavor. The broth was bland, the noodles were overcooked and mushy, and the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the quality of the food they were serving.

To make matters worse, getting anyone’s attention for water refills or additional condiments was like pulling teeth. The staff was more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and money. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal.
