Ordered an eight piece dinner chicken was burnt and grease all in the bottom. I couldn’t believe that they even served it. When paying 30.00 and something for anything is should be fresh and up to standard. Awful and I am not driving from Versailles back to bring chicken.

I haven’t ordered from this location in years. Decided to order the festive meal thru the app cause my boys love the drum sticks. Meal was suppose to be 8 pieces of extra crispy thighs and drums. Got a notification it was ready. My husband goes up there and 4 of the employees were outside smoking. Lady who helped him yelled that they needed to get the order together. My husband asked if one of the containers was gravy and the lady’s response was “if you want to call it that”. My husband gets home. The chicken was old, greasy regular breast and wings. So greasy we couldn’t eat it. I called to get it remade and the lady on the phone stated it would be AFTER two 16 piece extra crispy meals get done THEN they would drop our chicken. I told her that’s ridiculous and she told me to get a refund for the app. I go to the chat on the app and even after telling them they refused to give us our chicken without waiting god knows how long, they would only refund $9. Went round and round with them before just taking the $9 and eating the sides. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I feel like I have food poisoning just SMELLING the old greasy chicken they gave us. Pure trash!!

The service was great! I gave it 4 stars because the food wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The potato wedges were very dry and too crispy. The chicken livers were overcooked and old. The chicken tenders were ok. But the coleslaw and the biscuits were the best part of the meal imo.

Absolutely horrible food. Guy running the window told me to come in as the food wasn't ready though had be 15 mins and was very rude. Everything was burnt. Only thing edible was the mac and cheese. Missing half the order.

If this is the last restaurant you have to eat at your better choice would be Speedway the food might be good but you'll be forever getting it because the employees are too busy having fun with their friends outside. You're putting them out by interrupting their time with their friends. I Thought I was a customer not a nuisance. Just wow that the management allows this....

We went in & wanted a 12 piece meal mix of original & extra crispy, received 6 legs and all 12 pieces were original recipe. The staff was not friendly. I'm not sure if I will return

Utilized the drive thru window. The worker was very obviously involved in a personal conversation on her phone as the call was on speaker and I could here the whole conversation between them. She finally handed my order to me and dropped my debit card on the ground. No apology was made, she just continued her conversation. I had to wait until there were no cars in the drive thru to retrieve my debit card. Stuff like this is expected of teenagers, I suppose, but she was a grown adult. Georgetown KY 3/8/2025 TICKET #2849
