Absolutely horrible food. Guy running the window told me to come in as the food wasn't ready though had be 15 mins and was very rude. Everything was burnt. Only thing edible was the mac and cheese. Missing half the order.

If this is the last restaurant you have to eat at your better choice would be Speedway the food might be good but you'll be forever getting it because the employees are too busy having fun with their friends outside. You're putting them out by interrupting their time with their friends. I Thought I was a customer not a nuisance. Just wow that the management allows this....

Utilized the drive thru window. The worker was very obviously involved in a personal conversation on her phone as the call was on speaker and I could here the whole conversation between them. She finally handed my order to me and dropped my debit card on the ground. No apology was made, she just continued her conversation. I had to wait until there were no cars in the drive thru to retrieve my debit card. Stuff like this is expected of teenagers, I suppose, but she was a grown adult. Georgetown KY 3/8/2025 TICKET #2849

Every single time we order anything we never recieve the entire order, this time we were missing mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese, last time we were missing the collar, the tme before that we were missing the macaroni and cheese, and the time before that we were missing mash potatoes it's ridiculous how bad the service it at this KFC they need to replace the workers with people who actually care. Also they seem to NEVER give sauces when requested. I am furious how they mess up the order EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!

Definitely not finger licking good here!!! I dont know if I'm just too picky or Georgetown just doesn't have that great of food. Got a craving for Chicken Tenders and KFC had a good deal on them but the ones I was given tasted like they had been sitting around awhile and not fresh. One of them was hotter than the others I ate at the time and was better but if most of the box is older stuff that's been laying around awhile it's not going to make for a good experience. Just not that great and I could have done just as well picking up at bag of tenders at the grocery store and air frying them myself. Not good and not recommended. 2 stars!
