Do not eat at this restaurant. Placed a pick up order that in route to restaurant. Took 30 minutes for them to prepare. Not a single car in the drive thru. Went inside after 15 minutes of waiting and watched the employees prepare my order without gloves. Same employees who were preparing the food were also cleaning the kitchen. Asked for a refund and was told no as the food was prepared and the manager was not there to issue it. Was offered an extra drink as compensation for this terrible experience. What a joke. Didn’t expect to have a fine dining experience but even for KFC this was unacceptable. Tossed food on my way out and chalked it as a loss of time and money. Do not go here.

The kitchen manager was absolutely wonderful, the place is updated and wonderful to eat at, the food prep is amazing. My wife and I ordered while it was busy but the food came fast and looked almost exactly like the picture on the menu. And the flavors were spot on perfect. I couldn't ask for a better place to stop during my trip... Convenienty .2 mile off highway 75 well worth the stop!!!! Don't go to Chick-fil-A across the street this is truly good food and a better place to eat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Parking: Plenty of parking and the spaces fit an SUV well unlike most places these days

We spent a few cents short of $30 for dinner for two. We got the 8 piece tender family meal. First and most importantly the tenders were the size of nuggets, and not hot. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold. Despite asking specifically for dipping sauces, which are supposed to come with it, none were included in the bag. The biscuits were cold and actually soggy. We both came out still hungry. Sad...

Everytime we go to this kfc it's terrible tonight we thought it be different but worse we ordered a 16 pc family meal with an extra side extra crispy chicken. Got home chicken was original and mushy flavorless sides were great got halfway thru bucket to find a peice of chicken wrapped in multiple long black hairs. ? They need to reinforce hair nets places and not to mention we waited 15 minutes pulled forward just for cold mushy food. Never againParking: Not handicap accessible or kid friendly no speed bumps for safety my kid almost got ran over by someone flying thru the parking lot to exit my child is 12 and very visible and responsible the female was flying around the corner

The young people that work there feel like they are all in training. We prder tenders and a portion is always chewy and unedable. Very disappointed as of late.

Chicken was old and dry cold and the potato was nasty and the biscuits was hard slaw was running and nasty. Called the next day and the don't care all they want is money. Said I should have brought it back . Who wants to get home and run back out.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AND THIS KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN.ITS REALLY NASTY

Original review: This KFC had gone downhill and the prices went up. Very little food on the buffet, the floors were dirty, the tables were dirty, the beverage station had no napkins and no straws. When we got there there were 4 pieces of chicken on the buffet and 2 other people standing and waiting for more chicken to come out. I had to go to the counter to request chicken and so did my friend. This place used to be great, such a shame it has gone downhill this bad.Update 8-26-2019. One beverage station out of order and the other is out of multiple flavors. No mac & cheese on the buffet and when I asked for it I was sternly told "or policy is if it isn't on the buffet you can't have it". I don't know why I even bother with this place any more.Update 12/4/2023 6:30pm Monday. Was told it would be a 20 minute wait to get a bucket of 12 pieces of dark meat. Chicken is their primary item, how do they not have it ready at dinner time
