Idk what the hell has happened to this Little Caesars in recent years but they seem more interested in getting your order wrong and hoping you don’t notice than actually providing customer service. If you can’t tell a basic pepperoni pizza and a supreme pizza apart, you don’t need to be making pizzas. Needless to say, will not be eating here again.

Manager Jason and worker Jimmy sit in the parking lot smoking weed most of their shifts. Jason does nothing all day except smoke weed. Fully convinced the owner is incompetent of replacing these specific workers. Constant complaints on them for years. If anything like the Frankfort location, same owner, this place is immensely unsanitary.

The location looks good and all but the employees are unmanaged. They will have airpods in or be on the phone will I’m getting my order taken. Usually i wouldn’t care but they make it get distracting for themselves. My last visit at this location I waited 25 minutes for my pizza and I only got two classics. The guy was on the phone with his friend and was laughing and not doing his work so it made it take longer.

Waited 45 minutes for a 'Hot-N-Ready' pizza due to their tracking system crashing on 1/15. While I understand technology fails happen, it shouldn’t mean the service comes to a halt. No clear communication or apology was given during the wait. It’s disappointing that a basic backup plan wasn’t in place for something as simple as fulfilling walk-in orders, especially since hot and ready is literally your only brand promise. Hoping for a better experience in the future.

Absolute Dog water, I've given this place 2 chances to make at least halfway decent pizza and it's always trash. The service is beyond slow, the dough is soggy af and not to mention all the employees are probably on drugs cause they're all spaced out with a zombie of a personality. I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

Went through the drive through ordered 2 hot and ready pizzas, they told me to pull around and after 20 minutes I decided to go in and check on the pizzas and after explaining the pizzas I had the manager said blah blah blah and kinda went back to go look for the pizzas lol won't be back here
