Waited 45 minutes for a 'Hot-N-Ready' pizza due to their tracking system crashing on 1/15. While I understand technology fails happen, it shouldn’t mean the service comes to a halt. No clear communication or apology was given during the wait. It’s disappointing that a basic backup plan wasn’t in place for something as simple as fulfilling walk-in orders, especially since hot and ready is literally your only brand promise. Hoping for a better experience in the future.
Pizza is what is expected at any carry out pizza place. This is not fine dinning. This is grab a bunch of pizzas for a really good price and really fast. This way I can feed the kids all weekend and don't have to cook. My kids love pizza. Works well for me and saving money is alllways hood.
The food is decent, the people tend to exaggerate wait times rather than checking on what they have “hot and ready” . But all and all it’s a drive through pizza place that keeps prices reasonable.
