Mancinos Pizza & Grinder

I ordered a Reuben. It’s supposed to be CORNED BEEF, SWISS CHEESE, SAUERKRAUT, THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING, on RYE BREAD! It was HAM, UNDERCOOKED BACON, on A BIG THICK WHITE BUN, with an EXTREMELY RUNNY CHEESE SAUSE. The only thing it had that was right was SAUERKRAUT. THE FLAVOUR WAS TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t eat there again if it were FREE 🤮 I would give them MINUS 50 stars,if possible.

The food is fantastic. The service sucks and the atmosphere is chaotic . Everyone acted like you were inconvenienceing them by even walking in the door. I also noticed the owner had an affinity for the younger girls. It's just creepy. The food was good, tho.

I have been served with a cease and desist letter from said business.
I was asked for a retraction and an apology.
These things will not happen.
As this is a public forum, asking for public opinions and reviews. The Public. I was said public. This has nothing to do with a disgruntled ex-employee. I have no idea where that comes from.
This review comes from multiple times being a patron over the years and also a private delivery driver.
I will not be apologetic for the things that I witnessed on my visits.
I will never apologize for my opinion.

I did a large online order and submitted it around 10:30AM. According to the online order, it would not be ready until 1140. I showed up about 1050 and asked them if it all possible they could get it done sooner. By 11:10 AM I was walking out with 5 pizzas.

Just extremely impressed with their customer service and quick turnaround time.

I’ve always ordered the steak grinder because it’s superb. But the pizza ? isn’t anything to write home about. The crust is definitely lacking in terms of flavor. Some garlic dipping sauce would help, but not much. I also don’t like my toppings under the cheese.
