This is true smoked BBQ. Seriously the best ribs ever, I didn't even use any sauce. The smoked chicken is very flavorful and moist. I am a big fan of the spicy swine sauce, but if you are a bourbon lover you will certainly go crazy over their bourbon bovine. Looking forward to trying the brisket!Much of the BBQ cooked in this area is cooked over propane and the flavor is just the sauce cooked onto it. Not here, smoking over wood coals for hours, produces a complex flavor propane or charcoal can't replicate. The sides are not ordinary but extraordinary! No short cuts here on quality ingredients or the time it takes to make truly good food.
