Food was ok but felt it was a little over priced for just a sandwich and cup of soup.

Food was great, however perhaps I am a bit older and don't feel a need to tip the counter staff as there was no service.
I had a Club Sandwich which included bacon. It was well put together with a lite mayo. It was very good and more than enough.

I’m leaving this review as a Doordasher. This is one of the worst restaurants to get an order from. It is never ready when I get there, and it’s always at least a 15 minute wait to get the order. Sometimes I pass over orders from here altogether because it literally costs me money to pick up from here. I’m sitting and waiting and losing out on getting other orders. If you’re a Doordasher, I would not recommend you take orders from this restaurant.
Good food just expensive. In my opinion, the items here are way overpriced.

We have ordered from this location for our work multiple times and the order is always wrong. They forget entire entrees from the order, and the food is never prepared well.

I ordered a very simple club sandwich with potato salad, got my receipt, got my number. Went to a table and put my number card on that tall holder in the center of the table . After twenty minutes, no food when I went to check on it I was told that the order didn’t go through even though I had a receipt and number card. Person at the counter said they could redo it and get it out in a few minutes which I replied that I only had fifteen minutes to eat now or be later for an appointment, she said five minutes so I agreed to wait. When my food arrived I had ten minutes to shove my meal down and leave and as I was leaving I happen to look at the plate it was served on and it was dirty, there was some kind of dressing still on the plate under the paper. I paid $16.00 for a sandwich that took over twenty minutes to make , had ten minutes to eat off a dirty plate. At no time did I get an apology, or did some one check on me .

Mcalister's never disappoints. The New Yorker is loaded with quality meats and is very filling. The lemonade is put of this world. A definite must try if you never have been there.
