I'll start by giving kudos to the line/cooks for the sandwiches that we got. They were spot on and correct!
Everything else was a negative. First the kiosk we placed our order on printed a blank receipt. We sat to wait for our dine in order and had to listen to an unprofessional interview. Our order came and the tray was slid across the table and the employee was gone. We were missing our drinks, a large fry and all our condiments. I went to the counter and the manager gave us our teas minus the lemon. I asked for the fry and sauces and she said she'd bring to the table. I watched fry orders go out left and right. I asked another employee. We finished eating and were cleaning our mess when the manager comes with a bag. I asked her to just refund as we were done and she responded with: We don't give refunds and how do I know you even paid for fry to begin with. I showed her my blank receipt. She then said that was my problem and she doesn't argue and walked off!!!!!

Usually a long wait and the food is most of the time decent just close to a bunch of factory's so when they are on break it's nearly impossible to get food.

Terrible service. We tried ordering things separately and they said they had to be ordered as a meal and added a drink. We didn’t want a drink. They wouldn’t remove from our order until we asked twice. Also we asked for our happy meal drinks to be sodas. They changed them to medium size and upcharged us. We didn’t know until we saw the receipt. We didn’t ask to have them upsized. Check your receipts in this McDonalds.

Parking: The parking is the best part of this place

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I make a to-go order for 2 big breakfast with bacon. Took 20 minutes to drive there just to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food.

I get home to realize these people didnt give me eggs, and gave me sausage instead of bacon. What an absolute joke

So I came to order breakfast and was told to wait a minute. Said no problem. About two minutes another car pulled up to the other drive-thru and placed order as soon as they pulled up . When I said is anyone there and asked why I was told to wait when the other order was taken i got attitude from the back drive thru. I expressed my frustration and said I'm not going to order and go somewhere else. I drove out to leave and the woman in the back drive started yelling something right in front of the other customer she just took the order from. Now I had worked for McDonald's for 3 yrs and NEVER treated a customer like this. Horrible.
