Made my daughters burger wrong, but that’s not what I’m addressing. Mistakes happen I get that, but don’t have your hands all over the wrong sandwich and send it back to just add cheese and give it back. I had to yell at the manager to give me a new sandwich because him and his employee (with no gloves) were thumbing through my daughters burger. Told him he should know better than that. Not cool.

Stopped in to grab some food. The store appeared clean. We went to the counter to order. Front-end staff said she'd be with us in a minute. As we were waiting, a customer walked in from outside with 4 double cheeseburgers that had been made incorrectly. The front-end staff took the 4 double cheeseburgers and placed them back on the rack to be reserved to other customers. As we watched, a different staff member grabbed 2 of the double cheeseburgers and placed them in a bag for a drive- thru customer. That is when we chose to take our business elsewhere. I didn't feel comfortable getting food that was touched by other customers and then served to me. No one should have to worry about that.

Most of the time our order is right. There are busy periods where you have to wait even in the drive thru but the food is hot and fresh. Very nice staff as well which is always a plus.

This McDonald's used to be my favorite to hit. Ever since it was sold to the McTribe group it has gone down hill. Bad. Long drive thru times, very rude staff, and they can't even accurately count how many nuggets are in the box. When you try to call their number to provide feedback you are met with a automated system where every mailbox is full. It is obvious that they do not care about the experience and lean heavily on the fact that people like the brand.

I just stopped at this location to get a sausage biscuit they have to two lane menus then at in front of me finished there order so I pull up, I hear the lady come on and take the car in the other lanes order they pull up and then the lady continues taking the next order in the other lane completely ignoring the labe I am in, i won't ever stop at this location again, very poor service.
