The food was not bad. It was pretty on par for McDonald’s. However the person I was with and myself put in a mobile order for the drive through. They had our order at the menu speaker and also at the first window but somehow between the 1st & 2nd window our order was lost. It no longer showed up on their screen and they had no idea who we were or what we wanted. We proceeded to repeat our order when asked (about 8 times) and they finally remade it. I get it. Sometimes things happen especially with multiple people preparing the same thing. Idk if this was a one time deal or something they have issues with. Just a heads up.

I’ve lived near this location for over 2 years, I don’t think I’ve ever been there and not been asked to pull forward, no matter if there’s 10 cars ahead of me, or I’m the only one and the wait is anywhere between 10-20 minutes typically. Service is consistently the worst of any McDonald’s in the state. And even after being asked to pull forward every single time, the order is only correct about half the time. This place is genuinely awful, as are most McTribe locations. Avoid if possible

Roach in happy meal, can’t get anyone to answer me. Purchased at 3:41pm 7/31/25.
We had the worst service today, June 29th. We ordered in the drive thru and were asked to pull forward. We had several employees come by to ask what our order was and then proceeded to give food to the people behind us. 9 cars behind us went through with food before we got food. Finally an employee comes by and asks again and she said she just didn’t have enough hands to bring out our food but she had food for the car behind us. Make that make sense. So we chose to go back through the drive thru and wait at the window for our food- which came out wrong. We paid for 2 kids meals- one had 2 sets of nuggets and both had double fries when we ordered apples and fries. The manager argued about it and said we ordered double fries- and reluctantly gave us the apples. My husband ordered 2 quarter lb patties and cheese. He received one patty and no pickles. The manager wanted to argue that we didn’t pay for 2, when we know we did. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location and will not be back. The customer may not always be right, but as a manager you shouldn’t argue with them.

Took 30mins to get food, missing items and additional 10mins to get correct food. Soda drinks were terrible (no carbonation). Interior decor is just simple black and white line drawings. What happened to the happy in mcdonalds?!?! Terrible service and depressing atmosphere.
