My boyfriend works at Toyota places a to go order earlier so it would be ready when he came , he waited over 25 mins for his food his strawberry milkshake was vanilla he asked the status of his order they ignored him he had hardly any time to eat his food had to walk straight into work . They need to fix customer service instead of being rude and have a more organized restaurant .

It shouldn't take 20 minutes to just get a McFlurry and a frappe, yet it does at this McDonalds every single time even when they're not busy. The employees need to focus more on their customers and less on joking around in the back with each other.
Took so long and no napkins! So annoying , I use to work at this company in Cali on the biggest marine corp base and it’s not very hard job to do especially at this quiet slow location!!
