Went to the Pilot not McDonald's
I will never step foot in here again when im told to use a machine to place my order and a working is standing at the register. I refuse to use a machine to order my food
I live close to this McDonald’s so I stop here in the mornings. Not anymore I’ll drive 5 minutes out of my way to go down to Georgetown. The people at Cherry Blossom store at are rude and unprofessional. Never give a receipt always say machine doesn’t work. Never say thank you or have a nice day. Half of them don’t speak English or at least act like it.
Save your money drive 5 minutes to Georgetown and get much better experience!

The gentleman at the drive-thru was friendly, the food piping hot and they got my special request correct for all four sandwiches!

Stood in line over 5 minutes waiting to place my order. Employees came out looked around and went back to back to talk with other employees that were not doing much either. Can't rate the food because I left without placing a order guess that they had already made their money for the day. Lousy service maybe if you put your own order in on the kiosk they might go to work long enough to get it done. But I wouldn't expect alot for doing their job for them

Driving back from Cincinnati late last night 1/11/25 we were starving and needed to grab a quick bite. We hit the drive through at 1am, the girl at the window was super pleasant and got us hot fresh food. Everything was hot and nothing tasted like it sit under a heat lamp for a while. Way to go!!!

If you are going to force everyone to use the self service kiosk then keep up with the receipt paper. 6 of these and only 1 is printing a receipt. So what's my order number? Who knows. Where's the cashier, she looked straight at my wife and I, along with the couple behind us, and walked off.
