Both the website and Google said it would be open on Thanksgiving day and I arrived to a sign saying it closed at 11 AM.

This location is out of control now, used to be pretty decent especially the morning service crew but now I think they only make their coffee with one packet when they used to use two or three so the coffee tastes like Brown water and the food is normally edible where now I can only get a few bites into it before I throw it in the trash. Gave the service three stars because the younger boy that served me with glasses was extremely polite and apologetic about the 10 minutes it took to get my order out.

I went in and couldn't find anyone to help me so I left.
