We’ve been long-time customers here and have always enjoyed it, but unfortunately, the experience has really gone downhill lately. The service has been disappointing, and the food either isn’t fresh or is just wrong.

Today was the final straw—we were double charged for cheese sauce, which should have been free with our spirit card, and they refused to refund it. We ended up paying $12 for cheese sauce. When we asked to speak with the manager, he wouldn’t even come talk to us. Instead, he told the server he wouldn’t issue the refund because he “couldn’t trust that we were telling the truth.”

It honestly feels like they’re cutting corners or desperate for money at this point. Really disappointing after being loyal customers for so long.

Great food but some tables and seats need repairs. The short middle aged waitress is the BEST! She has worked here for about 20 years.

The food is good and arrives very quickly. They are consistent with this. Is it out of this world good? No, but I'm rarely disappointed here.

Cheese dip doesn't come with chips. That want to charge you chips to go with cheese dip. Also there is a charge to go

This is my least favorite Mexican restaurant in Georgetown. I have been here upwards of 10 times over the past few years and have yet to have decent food. The rice is the worst part. It has no flavor and seems like they just dump a bag of frozen peas and carrots into it which is not appetizing. Would honestly choose any other Mexican restaurant over this one.

Big thank you, service was excellent, food was great. And that was for a group of 13. Could not have been better.

It was just something with the salsa, although good and very much eatable, it was missing something. But hey, I will definitely go back when in Georgetown the dinner itself was great
