For years I’ve stopped by 3-4 times monthly and order the same thing. On this occasion, due to a backup in the drive thru, I enter the store to order. What a disaster. $47.65 later I have no idea what I got even after getting home. Wow, this will be my last visit here after many excellent visits.

General Tso's was devoid of chicken. Just hollow fried breading. Chicken egg rolls were just large spring rolls, and had zero chicken and almost nothing inside at all. Weak.

Go in place an order total at about $27.00 dollars ordered general tso chicken and fried vegetable rice and get home and it’s sweet and sour chicken go back tell him it’s wrong then he wants to argue that it is general tso chicken when in fact it’s sweet and sour chicken generals tso chicken doesn’t come with pink sweet sauce then got mad and slammed it in the trash not good customer service at all so not recommend it’s the last time I go there waist of time and money

The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with a friendly staff that makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The menu offers a wide variety of classic Chinese dishes, and the portions are incredibly generous.
I ordered the Sesame Chicken, and it was hands down the best I’ve had in the area—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and coated in a perfectly balanced sauce that wasn’t too sweet or overpowering. I also tried the Hot and Sour Soup, which had a rich depth of flavor and the right amount of heat. The egg rolls were fresh and crispy, a perfect starter.
What sets Orient Express apart is not only the quality of the food but also the excellent service. The staff is attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the portion sizes and quality of ingredients.

I am a little bit of a Chinese food snob having lived many years in New York City area. I am here to tell you that the food is excellent, always hot and the service is both pleasant and fast. Tremendous shrimp egg foo young! Great soups. If you like fried noodles with your soup be sure to order them as they are not complimentary. They do a great job!!

We moved to Georgetown earlier this year and had yet to try any Chinese restaurants in the area. A quick Google search showed this place to be our best bet, and it certainly was! Delicious, quality food packaged nice and hot. I was shocked to see how many vehicles were in line when we got there but, after having the food, am no longer surprised! We will be returning time and time again, I’m sure.

I honestly was sketched out about this place at first the building definitely needs a face lift but the food is fantastic. I have been back multiple times. And their hot and sour soup is actually hot unlike other Chinese places which I was so happy about I didn't have to add my own spices. Don't let the building fool you this place is solid and great food great service.
