Good afternoon, the food is delicious... But it is not possible that every time I go to pick up my order I have to wait 40 and 50 minutes for my order... The restaurant is always empty and the staff spends their time talking on the phone and does not pay attention... They are supposed to be fast and efficient... Definitely if they do not change the staff or train them better they will continue to lose customers... I have bought in the store... I have ordered to go... I have eaten in the store and alllll the service is bad...

Someone really needs to check into this store and replace the GM. These poor girls working here are abused by him, treated like crap and from what my wife and I both saw while dining in, they were super friendly and good at their jobs. All of the problem with this place comes back to the man in charge. With a new GM this store could be turned around easy. We won’t be back unfortunately.

Pulled up to a sign saying lobby closed. No details on when reopening. Website had no information about this before I drove all the way there.
Went for the lunch buffet and the pizza, as well as the pasta was dried out and no flavor. I now understand why they are never busy. First and last time!!!

The doors are locked at 4:30pm. Cannot go inside to pickup order that was placed online at 4:15. Only option is the drive thru and 9 cars in line. It's been an hour and 20 minutes still no food .

We ask for a booth and we're seated by a window. We asked to be moved to a booth not by a window because it was cold. We were told we couldn't move to a larger booth because they were for larger parties. There were no other customers during our time in the restaurant. I asked for a knife and was told that the party that was there before us used all the knives and they were now dirty.

Dining room was closed due to heat problem but the real issue were the two nasty employees who came to the window and told us we could not order at the window, and both closed the window on us and walked away. For a Pizza Hut that has had bad service since the pandemic, this place probably couldn’t get any worse. Never again. Red headed guy with a beard and long dark haired girl. Both horrible examples of customer service. The owner should be ashamed.
