My Daughter in law and myself was in there Friday Dec.19th. When we first went in there we was the only ones. The lady said I will be with you in a min. It was more like 5 min. When other employees finally came up and took our order. There was 4 employees there and between the 4 of them they couldn't check on our order and burned both of our orders. We couldn't eat them. Really bad food and bad service

I just ordered from this place.
The guac I got is full of avocado shells. By full I didn’t take one bite that didn’t have the shell in it.
Meat was burnt to a crisp.

Went back for a second time. Again worst Qdoba I’ve ever had. Who ever owns this place must be ready to run it into the ground.

Rice is pure lime salt, meat is ALWAYS burnt and salty.
I just can’t believe it and I went with a friend that got a bowl and took 3 bites.
It’s wild how consistently terrible the product is.

It’s always good but I don’t get why they don’t put the dressings on the bowls anytime you DoorDash it

Computers was down and I had to have a lunch for my son and had no cash with me and the young man who worked behind the counter went and paid for it because he said he wouldn’t let a kid eat lunch because of it. It’s nice to see there are such humble and kind people in this world still.

Food is typically good at the Georgetown, Ky location, but there is poor management of item availability. They often run out out and the next batch is not yet ready. Out of queso on free queso day?

The other issue is finding a clean table. They are consistently behind on cleaning tables. I do hesitate coming when I am in the area.

Just honestly sad coming here anymore. They charge you quite a bit and then barely give you any food. Along with so much burnt chicken anymore. Luckily, this last bowl was okay with chicken. But barely any food in it in general. Think Ill be good skipping Qdoba from now on.
