My experience today ruined qudoba for me. Our office had catering today that totaled nearly $400. We were celebrating our July birthdays. Our chicken was undercooked, beans very dried out, on one burner, and chips horribly stale. After a coworker called and discussing with a manager, we were told everything was cooked fresh at 7am ( for our noon lunch) As cold and undercooked as what the chicken was, I can see that. I really doubt the chips were made same day. After back and forth phone calls that ranged about 30 minutes, they did offer to recook the food. At this point lunch was basically over and no one wanted to bet on raw chicken again. End result after spending $400 and being served raw chicken our coworker was told she could email corporate.

The employees seemed fine and service was quick. My complaint is about the quality and taste of the food. I ordered a chicken burrito and got some peppers and onions added to the burrito with no beans. The amount of black burnt char I picked from my burrito made it unappetizing and inedible. It tasted like I was eating a chunk of cheesy charcoal in every bite. I ended up throwing well over half of it away. If I weren’t already at home I would have said something but didn’t know how bad it was until later. This is the second time I’ve had nasty tasting food from this location and I regret giving it a second try.

Extremely slow and almost zombie like customer service from the people working here even though I was one of two people in line. They made my food then had me wait for several minutes while they prepared a mobile order before they cashed me out. Very frustrating.

I ordered delivery through the app tonight, the delivery driver called and told me their fryers were broken so they didn’t have any chips. Obviously this was a problem because my order consisted of a burrito, a build your own nachos, and an order of chips and queso. I told them no worries, would they like to refund the order or replace the item with something else? I was told it was up to me, so in an effort to not waste everyone’s time involved (including mine) I requested to replace the nachos with a bowl. I was told they couldn’t do that (no explanation given). So then I requested a refund, “you’ll have to call DoorDash about that”… when I ordered from the Qdoba app?? Okay, so I call doordash, who then tells me to contact Qdoba for a refund.
So now, here’s what I get for being a customer of Qdoba:
1.) About 30-45 minutes wasted on placing an order, support, and filling out an online form.
2.) Unhelpful employees (or terrible management/corporate policies) that would apparently rather waste the drivers time as well as mine than substitute an item.
3.) Waiting god knows how long for a refund on money it took them less than 5 seconds to pull out of my bank account.
Do better Qdoba, this customer service was a complete joke in pretty much every aspect. The only upside was the delivery driver was very polite, which tracks because he was employed by a 3rd party not even associated with you.

I placed and order in the app at 1741 to be ready ASAP. I’m in the store now watching walk-in customers order and leave before me. It’s been 33 minutes for a burrito and quesadilla. Two items.

Charged us for more food than what he even got. They didn’t listen and we even had to repeat ourselves more than 5 times for one item. Definitely not thinking of going back.

When you sit for 40 minutes waiting for a doordash pickup. So many people came, ordered food, had it made left. Some people came, ordered food, sat down and ate, then left all while I was waiting. Do better please 🤦

Qdoba should be ashamed of themselves....... My wife got a almost empty bowl from here tonight..... You ought to be ashamed of yourselves treating customers like this..... Crazy and sad.... I'm calling corporate tomorrow...
Advice never use the app always go in and get your bowl made because these people don't put nothing in them bows when it comes to go order.... They ought to be ashamed of themselves.... Management should be ashamed of themselves.... The owners should be ashamed of themselves.... So sad I hope corporate investigates them for what they're doing to their customers...

Why do you come to work if you do not care. Food not fresh, employee to lazy to get new bin of lettuce and just gives me leftover few pieces. Food and service should be a priority. If you are lazy not wanting to work, stay home.

The owner needs to close this place when it snows . I just went to eat and the second I walked in the door the girl was rolling her eyes at us. It’s snowing and not ideal outside. However this is a restaurant and team members should be kind. I was gonna say something. But I just walked out. Someone needs to teach the new generation general respect. I feel so bad for the new generation.
I had been craving Qdoba’s for over two months and finally got to get some and it was the nastiest food that I have ever ate! It doesn’t even taste the same! I bought a bowl and chips, cost $18 for one person and I couldn’t even eat it!

Literally the best qdoba I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing!! Erin is always welcoming and Nate is very attentive. Virginia is the sweetest and remembers my order every time. I can not brag on this location enough.
