The store was very clean and the employees greeted up happily when we came in. They were very prompt and came right away to take out order. They returned Ed quickly with our food and the food was so good. Last we has piece of chocolate cheese cake that was out of this world. Over all it was a very nice visit and the food was better than we were expecting.

I seriously haven’t found a bad Skyline. I think the young ladies name was Desirae that was running the front of the house and she was incredible. Not only was she making a majority of the food, she was tending to me at a bar top and giving out task direction to everyone else. The food was great, hot, fast, and delicious.

I LOVED!!! My experience here. Hannah took care of me and was so sweet!! ☺️☺️ She kept my drink refilled and made sure I always had crackers! Loved the environment!!! ?? Will DEFINITELY be back!! Good job to the other employees too like Courtney and Bailey and Emma and Baylen. They all looked hard working the entire time and you can tell they all really care for each other. I would LOVE working here! Smiles all around!!!

Despite a promising grand opening that boasted quality service and delicious food, it took only a few months for the experience to deteriorate significantly. On two separate visits, I found a hair and a fingernail in my chili—an alarming and unacceptable discovery. When I brought these issues to the management’s attention, their dismissive and uninterested response suggested a troubling disregard for proper food safety standards.
My concerns were not isolated incidents. Many other locals have shared similar negative experiences, indicating a broader issue with the restaurant's quality and service. An insider revealed that the management at this location is underqualified, unprofessional, and mistreats their younger staff members. This is particularly disheartening, as many of these young employees were excited about their first job opportunity.
Overall, my experience at Skyline Chili was deeply disappointing on every level. This location requires serious intervention and evaluation to address these significant issues before it faces closure once AGAIN. [-5 stars!]
