Justin, first off, absolutely incredible! He was very welcoming and made me feel at home being here. I smiled the entire time. Brittney made my food and she was very fast and great to talk to. Klayton, is such a go getter and had such a great smile when I walked in! He works so hard and deserves lots of recognition. Hannah worked so hard keeping the place cleaned and welcoming everyone the was in the dining area. Sadie was so awesome! She welcomed me here and made me feel great! Klayton deserves employee of the month!!

Usually, it's always a 5/5. But yesterday I was on my way home from a long trip, and was cravingggg some skyline hard. So, I Google mapped the nearest one to me and it was showing that it was open til 10 P.M. So, I get there @9:27, and what do I see? Closedddd. If 10 P.M isn't your closing time on Sundays, please adjust the online listing. Drove outta the way for crushed cravings.

I was initially filled with hope and anticipation when I heard that Skyline Chili was opening its doors. As a Scott Co resident, I am always excited about our growing restaurant choices. However, my excitement quickly crashed and burned when I discovered that this new location was a far cry from the one that had failed years ago.Despite a grand opening that promised quality service and food, it took only a few months for things to take a turn for the worse. On two separate occasions, I found a hair and a fingernail in my chili, which was alarming and a major concern for me. When I brought this to the management’s attention, they were dismissive and uninterested, suggesting that they weren't adhering to proper food safety standards.As if that weren't enough, I soon learned that I wasn't the only one experiencing issues with the restaurant's quality and service. In fact, many other locals shared my concerns, and an insider revealed that the management at this location is underqualified, unprofessional, and mistreating their younger staff members. This was particularly disappointing, given that many of the young staff members were excited to have their first job opportunity there.Overall, my experience at Skyline Chili was deeply disappointing on all levels. I believe this location needs serious intervention and evaluation before it goes under AGAIN!

I asked for no cheese and I watched the worker put it on the bun and then try to remove it. The chili was so thick I could not pick up the buns. The food was cold. The server did a good job.

I had a great experience for my first visit to Georgetown’s Skyline! Everything was very clean, the employees all greeted me as a I walked through the door, someone was there to take my drink order immediately with crackers in hand… excellent service!! The staff were all smiling and working as a team. The food was spot on. The bathroom smelled so fresh and was spotless. I will definitely be back!Parking: Easily accessibleKid-friendliness: The decorations for Christmas were so fun!

The food wasn’t hot like normal and was a little disappointing. The majority of the tables in the lobby were dirty and stayed that way the entire time we were there. We asked for a box and a cheesecake to go when our server brought out the receipt. After 10 minutes of waiting we finally left without receiving our box or cheesecake- but we paid for the cheesecake ? We love you guys, but please do better.
