We didn’t eat but the food looks delicious! We came to Georgetown to stay for our bourbon trail experience and found Slainte. It’s such a cool spot, full of history and warmth. The service was amazing and the crowd welcoming. We sat in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a glass of bourbon. The only thing that would’ve made a great experience even better would be if my bf could’ve had a cigar during our time here. Lol! This is a great local spot that you shouldn’t...
Delicious lunch - crispy chicken wings that have flavor all the way through (recommend the Slainte dry rub and the Parmesan Garlic). Addictive fries and very tasty onion rings! Great service from Haley at the bar. Not sure why this place isn’t packed (maybe 1:00pm on a Wednesday is not rush hour)
This originally was supposed to fit the bill of a mom and pop watering hole, it is extremely loud and cramped (in the bar area) and the food is just… pretty awful. Tiny portions for fish sandwich and they use that nasty fake cheese for patty melt. The nachos chicken fingers and fries were a little bit better, but still somewhat below par. So far all the food in Kentucky sucks so I guess I can’ complain ?
