The worker that helped us, well everyone encounter with an employee but especially the one that delivered are first order food seemed like they absolutely hated there life and job! I tried to order happy hour on the app since it stated it is all the time thru the app, I asked for help and was immediately shut down and so rudely told me can't do anything or help wltn anything with the app. No apologies no trying to fix what I was supposed to be paying versus what I ended up paying. The food was amazing but the staff, I'm not sure I will be back to this location

Good was good as expected and with just 2 people working the late night, good came quick though and the worker at the drive through while looking a bit stressed she was still polite and glad we were understanding

I placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. I understand that sometimes things are busy and you have to wait but I was there for over 20 minutes. During which I watched 2 different employees take their entire smoke breaks right next to my car. After 20 minutes I went in to get the food (I didn't do it sooner because last time I did, these same employees complained about me doing so). My food was ready and just sitting there - they weren't even busy. My food was ice cold and shake was completely melted. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

The service is always good and I know there's something very heartwarming today. A homeless individual entered the establishment today while I was eating my lunch. It was extremely hot outside and I noticed that the homeless individual had an empty cup. The staff did not hesitate to ask if the individual needed anything to drink. It was routine, there was no judgment, just empathy and professionalism to the max... Five stars for sure..🤞🏾🙏🏾❤️💯

Ashlee was so nice and took such good care of us when our drunk wasn’t right. She took care of us in such a timely manner even with it being busy and late at night.

If I could leave zero stars I would absolutely rude workers. The inside was closed at 9 o’clock even though the sign says 10. I went to go to the car hop in hopes i could get my food brought out to me, and then they proceeded to tell us that we had to go through the drive-through— which wasn’t a problem in in its self… but while we are waiting in the long drive-through line, 2 people get their orders brought out to them AT THE CAR HOP…. even though they said they weren’t able to do that for us. drive through lady RUDE and kept trying to rush my order— couldn’t even do two orders. was supposed to get ranch with my meal, instead got the wrong sauce. i even asked for extra at the window and still NOTHING.

No matter how many times I go there, something is always wrong with my food. I usually go for an after school snack for my granddaughter because she loves the slushies. A few of the people that work there are not very friendly and have came off rude when I've tried to get an order fixed and once just over a simple question regarding their app.

I love the food and the people are really nice but I hate that I can't ever go inside in the mornings I hate going through drive through but for the last 2 weeks around 730 in the morning all the doors r locked an I can't get in and if my order is messed up I have to go back around through drive through to get it fixed
