I’d leave 5 stars for amazing gelato, cute interior and friendly customer service, but there’s literally mold on the sealing and on the walls! It smelled like mold and the mold was visible. It’s not safe neither for employees, neither for customers. They have to fix this!
I was so excited to try this place, and the gelato was amazing, but our great experience was diminished by the shop’s smell. I wish I could bottle it and share it on this review. Maybe it was mildew? Mold? Some industrial cleaning chemicals? There was an old-looking wooden bench along the perimeter of the store, and I wondered if maybe parts of it were rotting? Anyway, it was a strong, unpleasant smell. Maybe the place needs mold mitigation, or some air purifiers, or a deep...
Great as always, however the young lady working on 6/16 around 5:30 was exceptional. She handled our party of 10 with other customers constantly coming in awesomely and with a continuous smile.
