Everytime I ask for light ice, they fill it to the top, and I saw them hand my drinknto the person in front on me. Then they gave me the same drink when I pulled up. Pretty sure they were suppose to make me a fresh one!

Well I’m disappointed how i received a warm coffee to go! I guess I’ve got the left over coffee. I hate turned back but I’ll just give the a review about it! Make sure you checked your coffee first before leaving.

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Myself and another girl have been waiting for our drinks for over 15 minutes. The staff is taking breaks when they are obviously behind. It looks like they are prioritizing mobile orders instead of taking care of their in person orders. I will never come to this store again
Worst customer service I've ever had in my life! The guy that worked there was a complete jersey. Basically told me I couldn't order what I wanted.
Probably the best service I've ever had at a starbucks. The barista made sure my ice coffee was perfect and she is always a delight!
Wonderful customer service, food, and drinks. However, there needs to be a system put in place for the line of traffic. It is not reasonable for people to be lined out in the road. I brought this up to a manager a year or so ago but they never did anything about it. Could we put in signs to wrap around the building once? People in the parking lot would still be able to pull out... this is a better alternative to the road where cars are coming and going.

SUPER SLOW!Two people working with one other customer in front of me, still took 10 minutes to get my drink, when I finally did get it my caramel macchiato looked like a iced coffee, asked them to remake the lady got super rude with me, fixed it slammed it down on the counter walked away and then yelled "THERE" I'm over this place!
My mobile order got cold...the gray-haired guy didn’t call out a name which is fine if he pushed them toward the pickup window but he kept the 2 drink order on the back counter like it was intended for drive thru.....worst customer service ever

Nice people and accurate with orders, a little slow though due to low staff.
