I ordered a hot drink and received it iced. It tasted fine but that wasn't what I wanted. The drive thru menu is horrid, it's in an inconvenient place, it is not complete and the staff makes one feel rushed to pick something.

I am a Starbucks avid fan for years, I started buying white chocolate mochas when they were under $4.00, I still buy them on a daily basis, I mean 5 times a week and we just moved to Georgetown KY and 4 times now I have been to this marketplace location in Georgetown KY and these are not White chocolate mochas, I can tell you what they are not using is the white chocolate flavoring, it literally taste like straight coffee the cup says white chocolate mocha, I don’t know why this one is so different but they gotta do better than this, these mochas are not cheap. When I get a response with an explanation I will be back.

I went for the free red cup day. I ordered off of the holiday menu. When I went get my drink they told me my drink did not qualify as a holiday day and would not give me the red holiday cup.

I came to this store this morning just before 11am with my sister today to do some studying. I usually go to the Starbucks in lexington but decided to go to this one since my sister lives in Georgetown. I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar OATMILK Shaken Espresso and it tasted sort of off but I just thought it was just different people making it than what I am used to. I would like to note I am lactose intolerant and cannot have DIARY! Literally makes me extremely ill💩. Whoever made my drink had to use whole milk. I’m writing this to let you guys know please pay attention to what milk you are using. I now have to study from the bathroom at my house for the rest of the day. You can literally hear my stomach rumbling! I do plan on coming back there in the future because I do A LOT of studying in these day. I’ll be sure to make sure to ask that it has oatmilk in the drink in the future.

Dont recommend this location. Took up to 30 minutes to get two drinks. When arriving to window both were made wrong and all the barista said was that they were out of products at the window …. Both drinks did not taste correct- did not offer to fix them . I was a barista for 2 years at Starbucks and if you’re in Georgetown i recommend the connector road location, they’ve always had great service.

Never the same cup of coffee different workers pump the syrup faster or slower depending on how busy they are I always want the same cup of coffee that I always get it is the reason I go there I've tried to avoid going to the Starbucks by going to Kroger's instead today wasn't my day as Kroger's espresso machine was down in the morning I've been to all three locations in Georgetown today and I still haven't got the cup of coffee I've asked for I'm about to return now for the 7th visit today to have my coffee remade my last two cups of coffee were made by Kroger's but I believe when I ordered a blonde vanilla latte she put the vanilla in my white mocha I can understand that one she's new but honestly I see reviews on here saying Kroger's being like the worst Starbucks and I believe that Kroger's is the best Starbucks I know today when I went into this Starbucks around 10:30 that the person that was working the counter looked at me and looked away like somebody else was going to come wait on me and after waiting like 2 minutes finally walked over to me and waited on me I know this is just a sign telling me buy an espresso machine make your own coffee thank you Starbucks for making me realize cuz I can make my coffee at home probably even better
Ordered 4 drinks asked for light ice in 2 of the drinks and literally took 3 drinks and it’s gone all ice! Caramel ribbon crunch was made trash!

My wife and I typically go to the Starbucks on the north end of town up by Planet Fitness and Lowe’s. Customer service is outstanding there, every time. Today it was convenient to swing by the drive thru at the location by Kroger. We’ll never do that again. We simply got one Vente iced coffee with sugar free vanilla, light cream and no classic. The young girl who spoke to us while taking our order was very annoyed. As we approached the window she never once smiled and acted extremely annoyed that we handed her our phone to scan for points then used a card to pay. Personality was horrible. I have no idea why Starbucks thought it was a good idea to put this girl in the window. She then simply handed us our drink and slammed the window shut. We had to ask for a straw and she re-opened the window again very annoyed. To top it off I’ve attached a picture of the drink we received. We always ask for “light cream” and to be fair it was printed on the side of the cub. However, as you’ll see the drink was 80% cream and 20% coffee. All around horrible customer service and quality. I’d highly recommend you avoid this location at all costs.

The food and drinks are par for the course at any Starbucks one goes to around the world, and I've been to them on four continents. However, I'm going to pile on to the negative reviews already provided, because the service at this standalone south Georgetown location is abysmal. Saying "thank you" as a customer is simply met with a facial expression and eyes drier than Ben Stein's (if you grew up in the '90s, you may understand this reference). Just to go the other Starbucks near Walmart, it's definitely an improvement.
