Hey, I took my grandson to this Starbucks, and the young person who served him was so nice and made him feel special. He absolutely loved it there. Thanks, we'll definitely be back!

My wife and I typically go to the Starbucks on the north end of town up by Planet Fitness and Lowe’s. Customer service is outstanding there, every time. Today it was convenient to swing by the drive thru at the location by Kroger. We’ll never do that again. We simply got one Vente iced coffee with sugar free vanilla, light cream and no classic. The young girl who spoke to us while taking our order was very annoyed. As we approached the window she never once smiled and acted extremely annoyed that we handed her our phone to scan for points then used a card to pay. Personality was horrible. I have no idea why Starbucks thought it was a good idea to put this girl in the window. She then simply handed us our drink and slammed the window shut. We had to ask for a straw and she re-opened the window again very annoyed. To top it off I’ve attached a picture of the drink we received. We always ask for “light cream” and to be fair it was printed on the side of the cub. However, as you’ll see the drink was 80% cream and 20% coffee. All around horrible customer service and quality. I’d highly recommend you avoid this location at all costs.

The food and drinks are par for the course at any Starbucks one goes to around the world, and I've been to them on four continents. However, I'm going to pile on to the negative reviews already provided, because the service at this standalone south Georgetown location is abysmal. Saying "thank you" as a customer is simply met with a facial expression and eyes drier than Ben Stein's (if you grew up in the '90s, you may understand this reference). Just to go the other Starbucks near Walmart, it's definitely an improvement.

This location has gone down hill... Very rude employees. Can't even be nice over the phone. The one inside Kroger is much better in my opinion.
i pulled into the drive through line at 3 to order ONE drink and was in line for 35 minutes without any way to get out of the line bc of a curb worst experience ever will not be coming back to this

I have never had anywhere near a positive experience at this Starbucks location. The baristas must’ve never been trained with any costumer service etiquette, as they treat you like a burden every time you enter the store. Specifically, Katie refuses to help with simple questions and has pointed, gossiped, and ignored me and fellow costumers on multiple occasions. Other than the costumer service, this is an okay Starbucks.

Overall, they get the job done. I do have some complaints about the customer service, specifically Katie. She has repeatedly disrespected me and my fellow companions. She points, gossips, and is just overall rude when it comes to customer service. She is never willing to comply with customers in general. She raises her voice often and has a short temper. She expresses her anger in unprofessional ways and makes the customer feel guilty for asking a simple question that she is required to answer to do her job. Other than these customer service complaints they are a very decent Starbucks when it comes to others I have been to. The atmosphere is not good. You feel unwelcomed when asking questions or feel very rushed trying to order. The customer service and atmosphere are unwelcoming and bitter.

The guy that took my money— who couldnt spell…. Was rude, needed a MAN to give him an attitude adjustment…. He spoke over me as I was trying to be kind & friendly! Gosh it just irritates me to no end the disrespect the youth of America have, as well as the inability to work customer service! He needs to be out somewhere shoveling horse manure!!

I tried to order through a drive thru, as I am deaf person I have this app I would use to show to the guy but he just flat out told me to get out and he wouldn't take my order. I will never come back here ever again.
Disappointed with my experience. Brown sugar shaken espresso didn’t seem to be shaken (0/3 the past 3 brown sugar shaken espressos there) - weird layering between espresso and milk. Cold foam on top was barely present and what was had not been properly blended. There was also no cinnamon in the brown sugar shaken espresso. Maybe one star is harsh and I’m being a little dramatic, sorry.
