I go to this starbucks almost everyday and absolutely LOVE them! The staff are incredible and I even have conversations with some of them while watching them make my coffee. Very VERY rarely will they mistakenly mess up my order, but they ALWAYS fix it! I’ve even done a mobile order to the wrong starbucks before on accident and went into their store thinking i had ordered it there and they said there wasn’t an order for me. They can NEVER get my order right. I asked for whip cream and NEVER get it…I don’t ask them to fix it because I don’t have time to wait. They have also not known which drink was mine a couple times and tried handing me multiple drinks that weren’t mine. It’s just getting to the point of always being frustrated when I go there.
