They don't have servers which is OK. But no cashier either. So you can't pay with cash and have to order on a kiosk . Didnt like that at all. Not very user friendly. Then with your receipt you get a QR code you need to scan to get your drink.

I ordered a onion burger cus I like my onions cooked but what I got was barely cooked and when I asked for it to be Moore cooked they didn't fix it so I had to remove all the onions
You have to order from a machine and scan your receipt to get your drinks. A little odd. Food was hot and fresh. Manager was wiping down tables to keep it clean.

Honestly, just ordered doordash as i’m in a truck and trailer, been eating steak and shake for awhile now and by far, this location is the best I’ve ever had, the Frisco Melt actually had the frisco sauce with an amount to taste, The milkshake was above and beyond, whoever made my food here, please keep that passion up, You did an amazing job with my order, definitely a location i will mention in my next live stream. Again i can’t say the last time that i’ve eaten anything that actually had heart and effort put into it. Most everywhere else i eat, i can tell that the employees were there just for the pay, but this tasted absolutely amazing, whoever made my order deserves a raise or promotion
