Door dash delivered. Had missing items and both company's want me to play phone tag. I refuse. I guess I'm just out of my money after pay $78.13 plus delivery fees. I won't do it again.

Absolutely horrid customer service. No patience and literally yelled at my over asking for the pretzel dippers but pointing at the pretzel footlong. I understand it was my mistake, but do not yell at me sir.

While the food is generally good, they NEVER participate in ANY promotions. When I asked about it, they told me I had to order online. I said I am ordering online through the subway app. She said oh I don’t know then. When I asked if there was anyone working there that could answer the question she said no and just shut the window in my face. We will not be going back to the one by Kroger.

Initiated in drive thru. Had to repeat several times because the readback was so incorrect. Drove around to park so I could just go in and order the food. Had 2 footling meals. Blt on artisan bread no tomato easy on the mayo toasted no cheese. Simple simple. Had to say no cheese toasted in the store 3 times before the lady finally put it in the oven. Wanted lettuce and mayo. Told her go easy on the mayo so she put the regular mayo down and grabbed the light mayo. Told her again that we wanted regular mayo but to use half the amount they use. She gave me the blankest look I've ever seen. I explained we don't want the sub in a mayo bath like we usually get. The 2nd sub was the nacho steak foot long on Multigrain. No jalapeño peppers or onions. Toasted. Same lady that did the first sandwich. Again 3 times was told toasted, after I had to tell her Multigrain bread twice. She still put on jalapeño peppers and almost got onions before I told her no onions or jalapeño peppers again. Told me she put the jalapeño on and would have to Remake the entire sandwich. Told her just leave the jalapeños on there. I picked off the peppers later when I got home. Told her I wanted Chipotle sauce instead of the Sriracha sauce she had in her hand, so she grabbed the sweet onion sauce. Had to correct again. Finally got it right. Got 2 large drinks and 2 bags of chips. Was rang up for 4 large drinks and 5 bags of chips. Had to correct her again. Finally got the correct order and charges after 30 minutes. Won't come back to this location ever again.

Im a truck driver an by far the best subway experience ever!! My artist was being trained and was a small language barrier but his trainer was on point!! The trainer still making his own orders watched over his coworker an stepped in When need!! This will definitely be my subway! And plz if u get the same satisfaction ? that i did! Plz tip these boys!

Since they changed to having #'s to choose from, the quality has gone down. I ordered "The outlaw" and they didn't put any of the veggies it says it comes with on my sandwich. It's very frustrating getting all the way home to realize your meal is wrong.

I regularly stop in and grab a sandwich for lunch the next day. These folks are really nice and friendly and they recognize regulars. I haven't had to repeat my order for some time,..they remember.Very clean store and you'll be greeted as soon as you walk in

Stale rolls/bread with a tiny bit of meat and nothing else! Horrible. Will never use app again, if I give them another chance I will stand there and watch them be made! Took pictures but doesn't allow me to post them!!! They need to CLOSE!
