I typically use the app to order and then go through the drive-thru to pick it up. The service is good and the sandwiches are delicious. I would recommend Subway to anyone wanting a quick sandwich and chips.

Did not honor coupon. Coupon said no garlic roast beef, nothing about regular roast beef. They wouldn't honor. As they built sandwich, tore meat into little pcs. Said meat belongs in sandwich not back in bin. Meat sliced paper thin. I took pix, but can't post here. Never going back to this location. Happy with other locations.

Went in to pickup dinner. They had the front in store food put away and said they would make my subs in the back. I was hesitant because I like to see what and how much they put on my sub. He assured me they would be correct. The Meatball subs we ordered were extremely deflated and tightly rolled up. The bread seemed stale and was very flat. There was almost zero sauce inside. They placed the meatballs on them with almost no sauce. They were very dry. I've been to this Subway several times before and had less than good food. I wanted to give it another chance. We will not go back to this one.

This is by far the WORSE Subway I have ever been to. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER!My first visit had been a few years back. I never go to this one always to the one in Walmart. Any way the the first time, i ordered from the drive through and the sub was lacking everything. Never imagined I would get food poisoning for 3 days straight. Did not go there again until a few days ago. I thought maybe theres new management etc. Went into dining area instead of drive through. Seemed pretty clean. Ordered my sub went home and ate it. The very next day.....food poisioning. I ended up at the ER with stuff coming out both ends. Needless to say fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There won't be a third time, i can promise you that.

This is by far the worst subway in Georgetown. Its the only one that skimps on the meat and cheese. They don't use the scoops now that you cant watch them make it. If you go in afternoon they serve you old bread and the staff is so rude. I will never eat at this subway again. Ive been avoiding switching because its close to me but the longer drive will be worth it.

This place is pretty decent if you go inside and order. If you go through the drive-thru, they could care less about your meal. I've never been through the drive-thru without having to park and walk inside so they could re-make it. Also I got one turkey footlong on flatbread with lettuce, cheese, and onions (no chips, no drink) and it was $12.71. To put this in perspective I got a Triple cheeseburger (extra pickles) a McChicken (add pickles extra pickles) a mcdouble (made like a Mac), a 4 piece nugget, 2 large sweet teas, and 2 honey mustards for $15.50.
