We stopped on our way to Richmond. My wife got two stackers and I had three tacos. We also got a chicken quesadilla. Our main food was good but the quesadilla was stuck to the aluminum foil and really messy.
Occasionally the Cinnabon coffee tastes weak, like maybe it didn't get mixed right.

There nothing worse,then getting home to discover tht your order was wrong,not only wrong ,but receipt tape to bag ,clearly stated what the order was,very disappointed, loss me as a costumer, this happens to often when using drive thru, once your home who wants to waste the gas to go back dinner ruin! When ordering online or the app they dont pay attention to your order. They messed up my order on my lunch break so I couldn't return. I work 3rd so its just a lost cause for what I wanted.

I’m currently waiting on a doordash watching an employee handle the food with no gloves on at all. the service has always sucked here and there’s always something wrong or missing. will never eat here.

Went in at 7:10 PM on June 22nd and the manager (whose name I unfortunately did not get) was very understanding about a complicated order (due to food allergies), and went to the back to make sure that not only was the food made correctly but also that it was wrapped in a different wrapper than other food item I bought.
Drive through. Things I order are very good. People are nice.

They messed my order up even after repeating it to me cause he wasn't paying attention while taking my order but failed to read the screen while making my food so that was a waste of money seeing I'm allergic and can't have it now and I'm just passing thru so your welcome for donation today

The experience that i had tonight at this taco bell was not good at all i have never felt so unwanted the workers snatched food cussed slammed windows and i could tell that they did not want to make my food correct it was a hurry up and get tf out my line feeling i will never go back to this store on night shift
