Not a good experience. They need to take care of it. First, pulling in to the parking lot, there is a small crater about a foot deep. The bathroom sink is on the ground. The service was bad. Ordered two things and both were wrong. 2 thumbs down.!

Pulled up to speaker and could feel the negativity and rudeness through the speaker. The lady was not friendly at all and acted like I was a burden. Got to the window and a younger black lady with glasses would not speak. She just held out her hand for payment. Gave her my card and she handed me a box and closed the window. I had no idea if she had given me all of my order. She had nothing to say. Just left sitting there until I opened the box and checked my order. I never have a problem at this location except for when she is working. She acts like she absolutely hates her job and us costumers. I will do a drive by to see if she is working the next time I go. If she is, I’ll keep on driving. By far the rudest person I have come across in fast food.

Straight garbage. Chalupa shells where like chewing on cardboard. If you wouldn't eat don't serve. I'm sure they don't get paid enough to care but I work hard for mine and appreciate getting half way decent food.
Didn't receive two items in our order. We went in to get them and the employee who took our order immediately knew we were missing an item and confirmed what we had ordered. Then not one but two different employees from the back came to the front to argue and tell us "They didn't miss anything". After the employee who took our order confirmed that they did, they told us "Well you get moved to the back of the line". There was only one car in front of us in the drive-thru and only one other person inside the restaurant when we went in to fix the order. Poor experience over all.

Though, I was dissatisfied on my most recent visit, that the store did not have sodas or even ice for tea. To me, that is not an issue on the staff onsite. They were all doing the best they could. In fact, when I arrived at the window after I am sure they were berated by several customers before me, the associate at the drive through was still polite and doing all he could. In fact, I was a problem at that point as I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I asked about paying online etc. which they were not sure and then I mentioned google pay. They were very patient with me and let me get my phone lined up and they held the payment processor out the window and it scanned my phone. There was indeed a taco bell fail on that day but there was also great customer service. This site consistently seems to have good staff.

how do you mess up a chalupa this bad??? literally wasted my money this is disgusting
Everytime I decide to go threw drive thru or order online I order same thing a number 2 no beef chicken SUPREME and they can't ever get the SUPREME PART. AGAIN TODAY I spent my lunch to get tb here and yet again another disappointment get back to work and NOT SUPREME AGAIN. TRY calling that's a joke you get the voice mail.

It's Taco Bell folks lower your expectations......not a Michelin star in sight, but it's cheap and their bean burrito (no onion) ain't half bad.....
