The woman at the window was extremely nice so 5 stars for service. I ordered the cantina chicken quesadilla combo. There was barely any cheese, and the cheese that was on there wasn't even melted. There was also barely any chicken. 2 out of my 4 pieces had chicken.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner. I ordered the three taco supreme meal. My husband the grill burrito. We sat down and began to unwrapped our items. Right off, the tacos felt like air. My husband's burrito was not grilled. When I went to take a bite of my taco, I opened up the taco looking for a resemblance of the picture. What a joke!! No sour cream, maybe an less than an ounce of meat and even less amount of cheese and lettuce. I brought it to their attention. They remade them. I believe it was the manager that remade them. Handed the three tacos back. Same taco with maybe less than an ounce of sour cream added. I was so disappointed. We go out to eat dinner so I dont have to make dinner. I asked for a refund so that we can go somewhere else.
The fact that the manager remade them was so alarming. Dont go there hoping to have a descent meal, because you'll be very disappointed.

Ordered a late lunch and got some of the worst food I think I’ve ever gotten at a taco bell. I wasn’t expecting much but if the chalupa bread is still raw that’s a bad sign. Went to ask for a bag and all of the employees were huddled in the back office. I said hello, peeked down and made eye contact with one of them. Finally just went around the counter to get my own bag. I remember when this location opened and it used to be busy. Now I can see why no one was there on a Saturday. Employees waited for us to leave before moving to the sinning area to continue the conversation they were having in the office. For any management that wants to review the footage, Saturday October 11, 4PM-4:30PM. You might wanna review it since I was able to go right behind the register twice because the first bag was ripped.

Food is never right, have pictures to prove it. Call to complain and get hung up on multiple times. The manager is rude and obviously shouldn't be a manager cause he can't even teach the employees right. Save your money or go to the one on Finley drive.

Not a good experience. They need to take care of it. First, pulling in to the parking lot, there is a small crater about a foot deep. The bathroom sink is on the ground. The service was bad. Ordered two things and both were wrong. 2 thumbs down.!

Pulled up to speaker and could feel the negativity and rudeness through the speaker. The lady was not friendly at all and acted like I was a burden. Got to the window and a younger black lady with glasses would not speak. She just held out her hand for payment. Gave her my card and she handed me a box and closed the window. I had no idea if she had given me all of my order. She had nothing to say. Just left sitting there until I opened the box and checked my order. I never have a problem at this location except for when she is working. She acts like she absolutely hates her job and us costumers. I will do a drive by to see if she is working the next time I go. If she is, I’ll keep on driving. By far the rudest person I have come across in fast food.
