I think this was one of those “wrong place wrong time” moments. The restaurant was packed with parking four rows deep, with quite a few people seeming happy. Unfortunately, after being seated our waiter ignored all his tables for a 5 minute conversation at one table; at the 10 minute mark we figured out that the table to our left was being given a free meal and drinks that they were immediately boxing to go; and at the 15 minute mark of not even being greeted or given water we decided to head out. Not the normal “Texas Roadhouse” way.

The service on this night was awesome. We had taken our granddaughter there for her 14th birthday dinner and came out with a little birthday brownie (which was absolutely horrible) and they did their little Yeehaw y'all thing and honestly that was the best part of the whole dinner. They still had some of the Halloween decorations up and I assume that this was the winning tractor #11, I believe that was the number, lol.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly, we've been taking our grandchildren there since it opened and they all love it. Of course their favorite part, is when they sing and dance to certain songs.
Wheelchair accessibility: Right up front handicap parking and for someone that can't walk very far, it's great. Thank you
