Can't even make this up... We went in on a Sunday night to try Country Boy for the first time, inside was maybe 3/4 full & the sign said seat yourself. After sitting for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged, my wife got up to ask if we needed to place an order at the bar or something. The witress told her they had just "cut" somebody & someone would be with us shortly. We watched her wait on a couple of other tables, still not bringing us water or menus. We then watched as she went to the table next to us & MADE OUT WITH HER BOYFRIEND. We were operating under the assumption at this point that we were going to have a different waiter until several more minutes had passed & she walked up to our table & asked what she could get for us. Never tried the food, just got up and walked out.

Great staff. Above average craft beer. Food...not so much anymore.
I've been a long time patron here. I'm friendly with the staff and am a big fan of their beers. The lower rating is because the food quality has really declined in the past year.
I used to look forward to certain items such as the chicken tenders. They were once hand-breaded and delicious. Now? May as well head over to Krogers and pickup something from the frozen aisle as it will be the same quality. My last visit there will be the last time I order food there. Got the cougar bites, they came out lukewarm.
Owners, do yourself a favor. Correct this. You've been cheaping out in the kitchen and we, the customers all know it. Expand the kitchen and serve some quality food. I realize beer is a higher profit margin item but it would be nice if you went back to the quality you once had.

Great place to park our RV. Easy, safe. Food and beer are great. Took the tour and it is an unbelievable story of how it started. Amazing place. Flavored beer is good. Convenient to the expressway
My family and I love checking out breweries during our travels. Country Boy Brewing started out of Lexington, Kentucky in 2012. They opened a production brewery in Georgetown, Kentucky in 2017 and added a kitchen to the large space in 2018, called The Kitchen at Country Boy Brewing.
We (2 adults and 2 kids) split a variety of food items. The pretzel bites with beer cheese, along with celery, carrots, and mustard ($8.99). I must say the addition of celery and carrots to this dish is a little strange, but the pretzel bites were flash-fried and delicious with the dipping sauces.
There isn't a cheese flatbread on the menu, so we just ordered the pepperoni without the pepperoni ($9.99). This is a large serving of relatively thick crust flatbread pizza. Pretty plain, but that's the way the kids like it.
For a not so boring choice try the hot brown flatbread ($10.99) with oven-roasted turkey, cheddar, bacon, Roma tomato, and cheese sauce. This was pretty good. Not nearly as great as a traditional hot brown, but a pretty creative take on the dish.
We also ordered a chicken philly, which doesn't appear on the online menu currently. Not sure if it is no longer an option, but it was actually one of my favorites of the meal, served with crispy tater tots. We definitely way overordered and had a ton of food left over. The prices are fantastic, the service was quick, and there are a ton of different beers on tap. It's hard to go wrong!

Very nice, laid back atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and informative. The food was really good. I got the chips and house salsa and a pepperoni flatbread. Loved it! The beer was great and such a huge variety. Highly recommend a visit to this great Kentucky little brewery.

They have new pretzel bites! The last version was just plain terrible but I went yesterday and they switched recipes and they are now absolutely fantastic! If you like pretzel bites or soft pretzels in general, you have to try these! 10/10

Cool vibe. The brewery has much better beers available than what you can get retail. Try all the stouts and black IPA.
Vegetarian options: The veggie wrap was the best dish we had. Creative and delicious, not just a vegetarian dish because they had to. Someone put some love into it.

Forced to scan icon due to no paper menus. Seniors don't like this. Asked for no sauce on burger. It came out with a lot of sauce which my husband tried to wipe off. I tasted it also. Neither of us liked it. Waitress took the burger off our order. Husband said otherwise the burger was good and the fries. My grilled cheese was over browned and greasy. Would not return or recommend.
We were lucky to visit during their 12th anniversary week. We took the tour which was offered at 6pm on a Saturday. We were provided a token for a beer on the tour and a second token for a beer afterwards. They had a limited menu for the anniversary week, but the choices were great. I had catfish and fries and my son had a pepperoni flatbread pizza. We try the a porter, the Cougar Bait and the 14.5% anniversary beer. All of them were great. Next time we are visiting Georgetown, this will definitely be a stop.
