On a trip from Georgia to Ohio, I overnighted in Georgetown, Kentucky. Using Google, I located The Kitchen at Country Boys Brewing. I asked the desk clerk at the hotel if she had heard anything about the quality of food, and she said people liked it! I made my way over and sat at the bar, asking the waitress to recommend one of their beers based on my taste. She did so and I sampled that and another. They both were good but her suggestion was best! I had the Cuban sandwich with fries, and it was one of the best Cubans I've ever had! Well worth stopping in and enjoying a meal! I will return! 🙂

Amazing restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was friendly and attentive. It is a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The food here is decent but could be more diverse with some healthier options as well. My main dislike is the fact they have these tiny bar stools for seating which is so uncomfortable you can’t even enjoy anything that you order. You would definitely have to be drunk to not notice. My legs have went numb every time I’ve ate there. We’re working around the corner. And eat there every so often and have complained to the waitress about the chairs. And so have other people. But if you all care about your customers please get some better seats for us.

Great place, good beer, simple menu. Our waitress was a little forgetful most of the time but everything was correct and no issues.

Literally one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We were there almost 2 hrs and the only food we received was 1 of the 2 appetizers we ordered. We had a large group with different checks and everyone outside of our check had received appetizers and meals well before we received 1 appetizer. And theirs was slow as well. I was trying to be patient but when we got 1 appetizer and 20 mins later the 2nd hadn’t even came out that was enough. I finally went to our waitress and told her to cancel the food, we were done and to bill me for the drinks and 1 appetizer. 10 mins later she came over to say our food was ready. Bt that time it was too late. $56 and all we had was beer and pretzel bites. To make matters worse a manager never came over to check on us or ask why we didn’t want to the food. I’ll never be back.

Stopped for dinner after setting up camp. Had a flat bread and some chips and salsa. Food was good but not great. Beers were outstanding and so was the service.

Can't even make this up... We went in on a Sunday night to try Country Boy for the first time, inside was maybe 3/4 full & the sign said seat yourself. After sitting for 5-6 minutes without being acknowledged, my wife got up to ask if we needed to place an order at the bar or something. The witress told her they had just "cut" somebody & someone would be with us shortly. We watched her wait on a couple of other tables, still not bringing us water or menus. We then watched as she went to the table next to us & MADE OUT WITH HER BOYFRIEND. We were operating under the assumption at this point that we were going to have a different waiter until several more minutes had passed & she walked up to our table & asked what she could get for us. Never tried the food, just got up and walked out.

Great staff. Above average craft beer. Food...not so much anymore.

I've been a long time patron here. I'm friendly with the staff and am a big fan of their beers. The lower rating is because the food quality has really declined in the past year.

I used to look forward to certain items such as the chicken tenders. They were once hand-breaded and delicious. Now? May as well head over to Krogers and pickup something from the frozen aisle as it will be the same quality. My last visit there will be the last time I order food there. Got the cougar bites, they came out lukewarm.

Owners, do yourself a favor. Correct this. You've been cheaping out in the kitchen and we, the customers all know it. Expand the kitchen and serve some quality food. I realize beer is a higher profit margin item but it would be nice if you went back to the quality you once had.

Great place to park our RV. Easy, safe. Food and beer are great. Took the tour and it is an unbelievable story of how it started. Amazing place. Flavored beer is good. Convenient to the expressway

My family and I love checking out breweries during our travels. Country Boy Brewing started out of Lexington, Kentucky in 2012. They opened a production brewery in Georgetown, Kentucky in 2017 and added a kitchen to the large space in 2018, called The Kitchen at Country Boy Brewing.

We (2 adults and 2 kids) split a variety of food items. The pretzel bites with beer cheese, along with celery, carrots, and mustard ($8.99). I must say the addition of celery and carrots to this dish is a little strange, but the pretzel bites were flash-fried and delicious with the dipping sauces.

There isn't a cheese flatbread on the menu, so we just ordered the pepperoni without the pepperoni ($9.99). This is a large serving of relatively thick crust flatbread pizza. Pretty plain, but that's the way the kids like it.

For a not so boring choice try the hot brown flatbread ($10.99) with oven-roasted turkey, cheddar, bacon, Roma tomato, and cheese sauce. This was pretty good. Not nearly as great as a traditional hot brown, but a pretty creative take on the dish.

We also ordered a chicken philly, which doesn't appear on the online menu currently. Not sure if it is no longer an option, but it was actually one of my favorites of the meal, served with crispy tater tots. We definitely way overordered and had a ton of food left over. The prices are fantastic, the service was quick, and there are a ton of different beers on tap. It's hard to go wrong!

Very nice, laid back atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and informative. The food was really good. I got the chips and house salsa and a pepperoni flatbread. Loved it! The beer was great and such a huge variety. Highly recommend a visit to this great Kentucky little brewery.

Chicken tenders, smash burger and onion rings were delicious! Also love that they have 32 beers and ciders on tap! Plan on a tour … you won’t want to miss it! ??
