I haven't had Wendy's in a long time and it was a snowy cold day so I decided I wanted chili. I went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me and it seemed to take awhile for them to get to order. I thought maybe the speaker wasn't working, it took so long. Finally, they ordered and I drove up to the speaker. They did acknowledge me and asked me to wait a moment. I ordered my large chili and pulled up to the window shortly after. The employee seemed not too happy to be there but I greeted him with a smile anyway. I trudged through the snow, anxiously waiting to eat my hot chili. Finally, the moment of truth came! I dipped the spoon in and to my disappointment pulled up all juice. I dipped the spoon in again only to find that there was barely any meat. The whole bowl was a soupy, spiced, almost meatless chili 😕. I might give them another try in another couple years but this visit surely didn't win me back.

This location is pretty good for a fast food restaurant. I went through the drive thru a little before 12 on a Monday and it took 9 minutes to get through the line. Not a great time but not terrible. The food was worth the wait, bread was fresh and soft, veggies were pretty crisp, the meat was the star. They were plump and juicy. I'm not much on fries so I won't dive into that, other than to ask if you could put a ketchup pack in with the fries or ask if I need any.

I tried the new bacon mushroom cheese hamburger. Good not great flavor, very little bacon crumbles, I have no idea what the cheese (cheese sauce?) was supposed to be, incredibly messy and sloppy to eat. The combo single beef patty meal was $11.86 and too much for a sandwich I would give a 5 out of 10. The young lady that took my order was efficient and very nice. Time visited: 3:58pm.
Parking: This is right in the heart of a very busy intersection it's difficult to get in and it's difficult to get out.

I am very annoyed with the lady that took my order! A white girl short blonde hair a karen cut & older in age! I called the store to get her name and they did not answer. Anyway the description should explain her. I finish ordering and want to scan for points on my friends phone, she rudely says wait and asks what else am i getting. Which i was not getting anything else hence why i was trying to scan for reward points. She looked very dumb and then ended up scanning my friends phone. She gave me 2 drink cups, I was standing by the counter waiting for my friend to order. my friend said she was ready to order and when she started saying her order the lady cuts her off saying you gotta wait. Then she cut my friend off while she’s trying to order. The employee says, “you can go get your drinks now.” i say okay continuing to stand next to my friend. She said it again! So i say ‘im waiting for my friend to finish her order’ Because why the hell is she so persistent on me getting my drinks on HER time. Just weird and rude. also half my fries were raw.

Just stopped through the drive through in the midst of a long drive to place an order. They offer black coffee on their menu. The First Lady that took our payment was very friendly. Darren at the second window was incredibly rude. With the window wide open he looked at the order screen and said “a large coffee?! WOW WOOOW WOW” in the rudest possible tone. My boyfriend asked how his day was when he handed us the first drink and he didn’t even respond. The coffee came out in hardly any time so I know it was already premade. Not really sure what the issue was but maybe you should fix your attitude and find a new job bud.
