My husband just got home with two salads. The two salads combined made one salad. Im so tired of going to a restaurant for take out only to be disappointed. Im disappointed, Zaxbys. Do better

I visited around 11 a.m. and initially received the wrong flavor of wings. When the order was remade, the staff simply covered the wings with the correct sauce rather than preparing a new batch. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for fresh wings. During this time, I observed two other customers also voicing concerns about incorrect orders. Both the manager and the cook were unprofessional and dismissive in their responses.

I waited in this line for 32 minutes for a goddamn medium sweet tea. What do I receive NOTHINGGGGG. They were out of sweet tea and they didn’t tell me.
Don’t ever come here as a Doordasher. You always have to wait 10+ minutes for orders. People who come through the drive-thru after you get there get their food before you. Staff doesn’t care in the least that they are costing you money by making you wait. One of the worst restaurants in Georgetown to get an order from if you’re DoorDashing.

My buffalo wings have very little sauce on them, some spots are completely dry on the wings. My cheesecake bite weren’t fully cooked. My fries were obviously old, and cold. The Georgetown Zaxbys used to be the best chicken place in town, but has drastically went downhill the past year or so. Don’t waste your time (I was in the drive through from 8:55-9:23) or money on this place, just go to Canes or Chick Fil A.
