Had a GREAT first time experiencing Zaxby’s! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with catering to our needs as we were taking it on the road. The restaurant was super clean, easy to grab our mobile order. Highly recommend!!

never again. i had a order that was 70$ a month ago the Zack pack meal that costs 35$ was wrong, I called that day they told me it could be replaced my name would be written down and I could get it at a later date. called today the GM told me no, extremely rude won't spend another cent there!!
I got the 3-pc chicken and was not disappointed as each piece was good size, lightly crispy outside and juicy chicken inside with signature sauce, potato fries not over cooked meaning good potato aroma and flavor. Very fast Drive-Thru.

Got a signature spicy sandwich and the pickles were overloaded and the bun was smashed and the fries were soggy and cold and then also got a 4 piece strip and the fries were also cold and soggy
It's incredible what happened to me tonight, I only asked for a sweet tea and they gave me unsweetened tea. I went back to the store and they changed it, this one wasn't sweet either, I decided to get the tea, and the staff wasn't Not even able to return the money, despite the bad service and the inconvenience they caused, it is clear that these guys are new, the store managers should train their staff.
Fries were hard and cold. Chicken fingers were okay.
