Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Don’t ever come here as a Doordasher. You always have to wait 10+ minutes for orders. People who come through the drive-thru after you get there get their food before you. Staff doesn’t care in the least that they are costing you money by making you wait. One of the worst restaurants in Georgetown to get an order from if you’re DoorDashing.

My buffalo wings have very little sauce on them, some spots are completely dry on the wings. My cheesecake bite weren’t fully cooked. My fries were obviously old, and cold. The Georgetown Zaxbys used to be the best chicken place in town, but has drastically went downhill the past year or so. Don’t waste your time (I was in the drive through from 8:55-9:23) or money on this place, just go to Canes or Chick Fil A.

Love Zaxby’s as a chain. The food is actually generally pretty tasty, regardless of location. This review is about this location. Every single time I come I have to wait 40 minutes and pay 40 dollars for food for 2. Way overpriced for horrible service. Today I put an online order in 30 minutes early and got to the restaurant and my food still wasn’t ready.

And then they offer an up charge for a large fry & I get 5 fries in my container. This location is pitiful. No sense of urgency or care about customer service.

Went for a birthday cake milkshake an hour and a half before they closed. They said the machine was closed for the night and being cleaned. Working fast food myself I already know that is not allowed and should be reported. You don’t close any machinery until the store closes unless said by a higher up.

DOOR DASHED FOOD. RECEIPT ON BAG WAS CORRECT IN BAG WAS NOTHING I ORDER AT ALL. Don't know what happened to this store but I doubt that I will order from there again.

I literally just left this restaurant. I ordered 2 meals. Both had 1 bite taken from each and I returned to counter to tell them that the chicken tasted freezer burnt/ rotten/ bad and that I would like it replaced with something else. Manager came over and took my order and I waited for 30 mins to get my new order and it never came. I watched other orders being made and mine never came. I’m here to tell you that this is uncalled for. My money either needs to be returned or my order needs to be shipped to my house. Cause I don’t live here and can’t wait around any longer for my order. The tables were extremely dirty for not having much business and the employees were not performing duties to get the orders. Do not go here. And until I hear back from this problem- I will continue leaving bad reviews for this location.

UPDATE: (4-12-2025)
Company headquarters reached out thru email in January 2025 and stated they would send gift card for the amount I was charged for spoiled food. It still never arrived just like the fresh food I was promised. Stay away from this establishment - or at least this location.

Had a GREAT first time experiencing Zaxby’s! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with catering to our needs as we were taking it on the road. The restaurant was super clean, easy to grab our mobile order. Highly recommend!!
