My wife and I ate there today and I’ve been sick with diarrhea and nausea starting a little after we had shrimp cokes fries cheese bites and funnel cake. Not sure which food was the culprit but it indeed came from Zaxbys in Georgetown Kentucky today around midafternoon.

The food quality is hit or miss at this location. It was alright on the recent visit. $9.99 for a Zalad, it should be fresh ingredients daily and perfect everytime.

This place is ridiculous. Four out of five visits and I know I’m gonna receive old food unless I ask specifically for fresh. Several times I have received chicken fingers maybe 2 1/2 inches long. When you’re paying this kind of money for a chicken meal, it should be top-notch. This is less just ok. Also, how hard is it to order ketchup when you serve fast food? I’ve been there three times and they’ve been out of ketchup.

Came through today to eat! Had a long day sick kids and worked all day forgot to eat wanted to swing by here and order a nibblerz meal…… got back to the hospital and everything was burnt including the egg rolls I ordered! Came back and the manager a Hispanic just took the meal and didn’t really care or say anything she had the girl on the grill make food over and fresh! They need to do better this is crazy!!!

Service from the employee who took my order was great. Quality of the food was good. The problem is that my drive-through order included cole slaw in one of the meals, and that cole slaw and its dressing was spooned into a divided carry out tray, not in a sealed bowl/cup as I expected it would have been. When I got where I was going, after sitting the bag flat on my seat-yes, I took steps to keep the containers level and drove carefully-I arrived home to find my chicken fingers, toast, and fries all soaked in cole slaw juice. Half my food was inedible...yeah I've got issues with separating my food on a plate, but they don't sell cole slaw juice as dipping sauce, either, for a reason. If I assumed I needed to handle drive-through products carefully as I drove them home, I figure the company I gave money to through a drive-through window might make some effort, too.

Service has picked up in the last little bit in terms of in-restaurant meals vs. Drive through 3 to 1. Pace of food prep has improved as well. We do enjoy getting the chocolate chip cookies along with the meal. Helps with the Sweet Tooth but you don't get too full.

Do yourself a favor and go next door to Bojangles. The "BIG" Zax Snak is anything but that. These three chicken tenders would not even feed a toddler. Furthermore, the chicken was tough & chewy and batter was more salty than usual. We've come here often over the years... and the last few times we dined here have not been typical of the Zaxby's we knew & loved, I just chalked it up to them having "off days" which happens from time to time as we all know. However, I refuse to pay $9.00 for a meal and receive these microscopic portions of chicken! Will not bother going back, Georgetown has waaayyyyy too many other chicken restaurants that beat the heck out of this place hands down! **Review photos below** The sauce cup is larger than the tenders themselves!! Not even joking!!!!
