“this place is just amazing all the way around. We just ate the best meal at the restaurant. I highly recommend the Mahi Mahi tacos. we were celebrating my little girls birthday and our amazing waitress Allie brought her the best dessert and had the gals sing to her. Allie was amazing and the dessert was scrumptious.“

“I’ve been on location for 6-7 months in Calvert City on project work. So finding a good place to have breakfast and lunch is always difficult. But, the ladies at CALVERT CAFE are the friendliest people and kindest you will meet. The food is terrific and service with a smile. My son came with me and is now back in college. But he’s always jealous when I tell him I’m having a Philly cheesesteak at Calvert Cafe. If you haven’t been you’re missing out.“

“Nice little coffee shop and eatery. Attentive and friendly staff. I had a bage and coffee, but their pastries looked amazing. They also have a delicious section that was not open (early AM) when I was there, but the selection looked good. You owe it to yourself to check it out!“

“Food was prepared to order and came out hot. Ordered the fish basket. It has a good breaded coating that was not too salty and the fish was cooked just right. The order came with hush puppies, slaw and had the homemade chips as a side. Everything was good, but I would get the chips without salt next time. I also recommend the onion rings, the batter was cooked to a golden color and had a good crunch and flavor. Good view of the lake out of the floor to ceiling windows.“
