Severely disappointed in my recent experience. The food was not hot when it got to the table. Sent my husbands food back, it eventually came back hot but the chicken was so overdone it bent the fork. The waitress’ response was basically “I just serve the food”. A management type came out after I requested that my husband’s meal be removed from our bill and demanded to see the plate (the waitress had already taken the plate away). And treated us horribly. We have eaten here before and today the food was awful! The lasagna and cannelloni didn’t even taste good. The zucchini sticks were under cooked, but they did refund for them.
Called after we left and told them the food was not good today. The person who answered the phone said…. Well maybe you should find another restaurant to eat at then.
I will never go back again after being told that…
