We have to take a moment to brag on Mancino's in Glasgow, KY. There was an issue with our order & the staff did an amazing job in getting everything corrected for us. The manager remade our order & gave us a refund for our pizza that was made incorrectly. Each time we visit our Glasgow, KY Mancino's, we always receive delicious food & excellent customer service. This is perhaps the worst pizza chain I’ve come across in years. I went in tonight at 7:15 and before I could even place my order I was told there was a 30 minute wait. I said that’s fine I’ll come back in 30 minutes to pick up my order. The cashier proceeded to tell me they closed at 8:00.
