We had a very late night stop on our way to Tennessee and the young man working the counter was sooo wonderful to my 4 yr old granddaughter when he seen how broken hearted she was to find out the ice cream machine was down, he let her pick a 2nd toddler toy to go with her happy meal.. she immediately lit up with happiness. I wish I had gotten his name, he went above and beyond to make her smile! It's lil things like that, that make a huge difference! I wish I could thank him again!
This was an amazing McDonald's. I was trying to use the app at the kiosk for my coupon. I clicked on the wrong coupon and it wouldn't let me use another code for 15 minutes. I went to the counter and the gentleman got the manager for me. She over rode the coupon and let me use the deal. They didn't have too. Great customer service is hard to find. Thank you to you and your team for making my drive better. Also this McDonald's sells crispy cream donuts. I've never seen that before...read full review

This McDonald's I gave 3 stars cause on performance the night crew work there butts off the day shift do to but from my experience the managers on those two shifts are like night and day , I don't like the GM or the day shift manager.
