Bought 4 pounds of paddlefish aka spoonbill , 4 adults who have eaten it several times all came to the same conclusion separately with out discussing it ( what we cooked and ate was 100 percent not spoonbill! ) fool me once won’t go back ! Will say they had a decent store and fish frying utensils and the fish we received was ok. But having eaten spoonbill for years I would catch your own.

If you ever need fresh fish to cook and all the fixings and then some look no further this place is it. You had a bad day fishing no worries they have it fresh from the lake every day. They even have the hush puppies, gator, and shrimp. Best service ever

a great selection of frozen cajun sausages, crawfish, and shrimp cakes. lots of good cajun seasonings and batters for any meal.
several types of frozen shrimp, some raw, some de-veined, and some cooked.
they always have something new to try and old favorites like duck breast, alligator bites and filets.
fresh seafood delivered every Thursday and their cooked cajun shrimp are amazing.
lots of crawfish and shrimp boil from cookers, peanut oil in quantity, and seasoning packs.
