“But last time i stopped they didn't want me to order what I wanted to drink. We wanted sprite to drink. We also ordered 3; steakhouse bacon whopper's with brioche buns substituted for the regular whopper buns. Cause we can't have seeds. I guess they don't care what people can and can't have.
I asked what they had to drink they said coke products I started to say 3 Sprites pleasem They said how about coke angrily 😡 Angrily I said ok. I guess they was in a Big hurry don't know why we was the only person in the drive thru 😡“

“The food is good but its expensive compared to other places. Ive only had them get the order wrong one time and ive eaten there several times. It is ALWAYS hot and fresh (as fresh as you can get) but sometimes they dont drain it well and the food comes out a little soggy“

“drive thru employees need to be retrained and/or replaced! not all, but there are quite a few with attitudes. terrible customer service coupled with attitude at this location seems to be the norm on evening shift! why do I almost always have to argue for an extra sauce when i order chicken nuggets? tonight god forbid I asked for 1 extra for each 10 piece order (2 orders) and got the we can only give 1 extra sauce speech! when I told her, yes, I'm aware of the policy, but there are two 10 piece orders I'm met with a deer in the headlights look then she proceeded to ask another lady who cops an attitude and throws the extras in the bag then proceeds to smirk after i tell her she needs an attitude adjustment! not only don't they know their own policy but insist on arguing over it and giving attitude as well!“

“So I mean, it's a Wendy's, so you know what you're getting, pretty good food. There are also some good people there. I like the ladies who work the cashier when they're there, cooks seem nice enough.

Although, I will say there is one cashier I dread every time I go there. I won't name names' but this particular guy gives you the death stare and says nothing while you order, even with their PoS screen is down. I get it's not the most glamorous job and stuff, but holy hell.

Either way, it's a good location. Stuff goes down from time to time in the morning, and the delivery truck doesn't get them the supplies they need sometimes, but staff is very accommodating for all the shit corporate puts them through.“
